I have been out with Captain Chad for the last 3 summers.. He is amazing & truly cares about these majestic creatures. My last trip is best summed up by a first time whale watcher I had the pleasure of meeting on the boat. She was well into her 80's and said, 'This is the most incredible thing I have... More

We booked a half-day private charter whale-watching trip with Captain Chad, and we were so pleased we chose him (amongst many other providers.) We had a fantastic afternoon and were lucky enough to see many, many whales. Chad is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about these wonderful animals, and his knowledge helped ensure we had the very best opportunities to... More

We are wildlife photographers and we chartered a small boat to get photos of Humpback Whales. This boat will take up to 6 people. We only had 4 people. Captain Chad was great! Very knowledgeable and accommodating. The Whales put on a great show. Bubble Net and Kick Feeding very close to the boat. He even had a large beanbag... More

Fantastic! awesome mind blowing, wow! We have just returned from a whale watch with Captain Chad, it was on our "bucket list" so we treated ourselves and chartered his boat just for the 2 of us, worth every penny and more. We were privileged to see literally dozens of Humpbacks feeding and some babies, a gorgeous experience made possible by... More

Absolutely blown away today! We caught fish but even more special was seeing all of the whales. Found the charter with a google search and really got lucky. We lost count of the number of whales we saw - Dolphin as well! Chad navigated us to a feeding location where we learned so much about whales and then had the... More

While the humpback whales are beautiful, showy and playful, my son's heart desire was to see a fin whale as they are the 2nd largest mammal in the world at 75-85 ft. long. My son was not hopeful of seeing a fin, said they are rare and fast, but of course he said he would be very pleased and satisfied... More

Our family of six (kids ages 6, 8, 12, 14) had an incredible time whale watching with Chad! Saw MANY whales, including a baby, and had the privilege of seeing the whales feeding. Chad does everything possible to make sure you have the best experience and being up close on the small boat is well worth the money. If you... More

We are a family of 4, living in Switzerland, and last summer we visited the US. We booked a charter with SeaSalt charters and we were looking forward to it. It was a truly amazing experience, during a 4 our trip we saw so many whales and Chad, our captain was so knowledgable on how to approach the wales in... More

Well, the title pretty much sums it up.. We had an amazing time. Captain Chad was awesome, he was friendly and knows what he is doing. We chose the private whale watching option and me and my partner Jesse hopped aboard for the morning trip at 10am as a honeymoon gift from some great friends (although you can do groups... More

We are a family of four, kids 16 and 12 years old. Our trip was a simple whale watching day and what a day we had. 3 different species of whale and more humpbacks than we could count. We ended up with them all around us. So close you could almost touch them. The downside of that was that when... More
