Amazing tour of the dunes national park, watched an incredible sunset on the beach. The guide was witty and informative, she was terrific, great to see the dunes and the shacks, saw the shack Tennessee Williams wrote A Streetcar Named Desire in! One tip, if you book the sunset trip, make sure your phone has good reception as this trip... More

Not knowing much about P-town, I saw that this tour company had pretty good reviews and decided to go for it with my mom and dad. I'm college aged, so we were a group of three adults. Our tour guide Dennis was very knowledgable and clearly passionate about the cape and his home of Provincetown. The tour itself was also... More

Our tour guide Doty was great. She was knowledgeable providing us a variety of interesting information. She was great and you could tell she loved her job and informing people about the sea shore. The tour was a little over an hour and we traveled in a new Suburban this is a great way to learn about the ecology of... More

Took this tour on a spare of the moment decision, and never regretted it. A great tour, giving fantastic perspective of this part of the Cape and great information provided by passionate locals.

Bumpy and rollicking, you have to take a dune tour in one of Art's Suburbans to really appreciate the great sand dunes of the cape. Have done this numerous times over the years and each time is such a blast. Ask for Rob (Art's son) if you can-he's a lot of fun and full of information about the history of... More

Even though it seems like it would be “too touristy,” I highly recommend a ride into the dunes of Provincetown in the Provincelands National Seashore area. You get to see the way the Cape used to be a long time ago. Dune shacks, formerly inhabited by artists, writers and photographers out on hilly sand roads twisting through the dunes. Each... More

Perfect combination of natural beauty, Provincetown charm and nostalgia. Art's embodies everything that makes the Cape great. I can't wait to bring my kids some day.

OK, so you are in Provincetown and there really is not a lot to do other than shell clams and oysters. So.... I get talked into a tour of the Dunes. Well, good for getting talked into things. It was such an unexpected treat. The guide was VERY knowledgeable and you sensed his love of the area. He was able... More

I wasn't really sure what to expect taking this tour, but it was amazing. You get to see a part of Providence Town that's off the beaten track & is not usually seen. The tour guide, Art's son, did an excellent job pointing out some great sites. We took the daily tour & I highly recommend it

Simply put, you either take a tour with Art's, or you have an incomplete visit to Provincetown. I have been a wash-a-shore in town for almost twenty years and it took me ten years before I finally did my first tour about eleven years ago (a clambake for four people for my husband's 50th birthday). I realised on that first... More
