Art's Dune Tours is a wonderful throw back to another time...when people drive all through the dunes to their shacks or their favorite spot for a picnic or beach side bonfire. Take the tour and see a part of the National SeaShore that few get to see. It's worth it. Would love to come try the dinner/sunset drive sometime!

We had a very nice tour of the dunes of Provincetown. Our driver was informative, funny and made the ride very interesting. I thought the dunes enable me to see a different view of Provincetown. A quiet, secluded, special area not often visited. My only complaint was that the tour ended too quickly

My friend and I did the sunset tour. Our drive, Dodi, was so much fun with a quick and dry wit. The tour of the dunes was interesting - more than just scenery, we learned about the agriculture of the area as well as the dune shack culture. The drive was a lot of fun and the evening out on... More

Provincetown is a special historical place but only part of the end of Cape Cod. The Atlantic side of the Cape is very different and spectacular. The tours are run using large SUV's, ready to run on the sand dunes. It would be possible to walk on the dunes but if you want to get a feel of the seashore,... More

We feel so lucky to have found this tour! We took the hour long day-time tour with Robert and had the best time! Our kids had a blast riding in the bumpy dunes, and my husband and I were so interested and enchanted by the history and stories behind the dunes and Provincetown. Robert was so friendly and knowledgeable and... More

A dune tour might not seem to be a must-do on a visit to Provincetown but it is!!! The well-versed drivers, all of whom love the place, take you out onto the dunes at the tip of the outer Cape and show you hidden beauty and share fascinating stories about nature, ecology, people, history. You get a chance to walk... More

Mother and I did the Sunset Dune Tour one very windy day in late October. We had signed on for the Clambake, but they called and said it was too windy for that - which I sort of expected. The tour itself was very well done. Plenty of time for pictures of the National Seashore and the Dune Shacks, plenty... More

We had an amazing time Saturday night for the Sunset Dune tour- our tour guide Barb was THE BEST- charming, funny, knowledgeable, down to earth! And our other friends had Doddie ( am I spelling that correctly?) - they loved her as well! We had the best time making memories, taking pictures and learning about the history of the dunes!... This tour is excellent! Our tour guide, Dave was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the dunes. It was obvious that he really cared about the environment and history of the dunes. We took the hour tour, wish we took the sunset tour, which is longer. They also have many other variations during the season. Check out their website.
