Nothing better.

Perfect combination of natural beauty, Provincetown charm and nostalgia. Art's embodies everything that makes the Cape great. I can't wait to bring my kids some day.

Even though it seems like it would be “too touristy,” I highly recommend a ride into the dunes of Provincetown in the Provincelands National Seashore area. You get to see the way the Cape used to be a long time ago. Dune shacks, formerly inhabited by artists, writers and photographers out on hilly sand roads twisting through the dunes. Each... More

OK, so you are in Provincetown and there really is not a lot to do other than shell clams and oysters. So.... I get talked into a tour of the Dunes. Well, good for getting talked into things. It was such an unexpected treat. The guide was VERY knowledgeable and you sensed his love of the area. He was able... More

I wasn't really sure what to expect taking this tour, but it was amazing. You get to see a part of Providence Town that's off the beaten track & is not usually seen. The tour guide, Art's son, did an excellent job pointing out some great sites. We took the daily tour & I highly recommend it

Simply put, you either take a tour with Art's, or you have an incomplete visit to Provincetown. I have been a wash-a-shore in town for almost twenty years and it took me ten years before I finally did my first tour about eleven years ago (a clambake for four people for my husband's 50th birthday). I realised on that first... More

This tour was a highlight of our stay in Provincetown, MA. The history and the eco system of the dunes was a lesson in itself. To learn what we are doing to preserve this area with foliage and because it is a reserve, it can be enjoyed by all, but yet closing it off to dune buggy's and cars that... More

Although I'd have a hard time voting for #1 attraction between this, and the Dolphin Fleet whale watching tours, which are amazing. Our driver (whose name I sadly can't recall, though I think it began with "J") was fantastic - knowledgeable, patient, really wonderful. We take this tour every time we visit Provincetown, and it's always different, always terrific.

We were recently in Provincetown for a two night stay at the end of October, so town was pretty quiet, with not much happening. So, so glad we booked this tour! The weather had been pretty harsh, so probably not the best conditions to travel the sand dunes in, but, as a result, we were the only people booked on... More

We found Art's via a Google search for things in Provincetown. I can't believe all of this exists in ptown! The tour was phenomenal and Rob is a fantastic guide! It's hated to put the scenery into words, but we saw huge dunes, deserted beaches with seals at play, and a spectacular sunset we wouldn't have gotten to see otherwise... More

Rob gave us a wonderful tour of the Provincetown Cape Cod National Seashore dunes. Everyone had fun on the tour, including Rob! Even though he has done this thousands of times, he was excited about the ever-changing amazing scenery. The trip included history on the formation of the dunes, the dune shacks, writers and artists, the US Life-Saving Service and... More
