Two of the most friendly people welcomed us just moments before closing. The choices of salt water taffy flavours (made with sea salt right from Cape Cod) were almost overwhelming. And every single flavour was just delicious. We took home three boxes. So fresh and flavourful. They also had fudge and tons of other candy choices. Just grab a box... More

If you're in Ptown, you need to stop here. Always clean, very friendly, great little candy store with the best salt water taffy. If you are bringing home taffy from Cape Cod and you didn't get it at Cabot's, don't bother.

Loved visiting here! HUGE selection of candy. We walked in to fresh made fudge and were allowed to sample as much as we want and were offered to take free pieces of new taffy they just started carrying. Just go in, excellent decorations too. Make it a stop!

Every year we go to the Cape, Cabot's in PT is a must stop! You can't get salt water taffy better anywhere else. The grape is my favorite, but all the favors are wonderful. Another bonus is that they have hard to find candy from years ago in stock, ie: "Teaberry Gum". This place truly makes the visit to Cape... More

...for salt water taffy and cranberry fudge. Cabot's offers a variety of fudge flavors, but the cranberry is one you won't come across at other vacation destinations, and it is just CRAMMED with cranberries. I don't normally eat fudge, but I sampled this variety at Cabot's (where the service is spectacular) and just had to buy some. Cranberry is also... More

Located right downtown and worth a stop if you have a sweet tooth. A delightful assortment of salt water taffy with local flavors not found anywhere else. Get as much as you like, from a few pieces to pounds! The fudge is above average in our opinion and we would recommend that you get the fudge here vs other shops... More

The very first thing I bought in PTown while on holidays was the taffy and OMG was I so happy I did. The candy is done to perfection: soft and chewy with the right amount of sweetness. The taffy melts in your mouth. Would love to buy their candy and have it shipped to Canada though!

Best taffy I ever had. I like that they sell it loose and you can box up your own with whichever flavors you like. The blueberry, root beer and banana were my favorites. When we got a pound if fudge (tried chocolate pb, the chocolate was good but a little less sweet than traditional fudge places, but I assume bc... More

I have visited Cabot's almost every summer of my life. It is a highlight of a visit to the Cape. It is a delightful candy shop with excellent customer service. The draw for me is always the taffy -- for me all other taffies pale in comparison. It is just the right texture, just the right sweetness (although I have... More

Fudge is supposed to be creamy and smooth. Cabot's was hard and chewy. They provide small samples (2 each) for each visitor. My wife and I both tried two each and didn't like either. We didn't say anything, but they let us try a third. We settled on a turtle fudge, just to get something. At $5.95 per 1/2 lb...... More
