Nice location and large enough that you probably don't need advance reservations. The house salad was well prepared and very fresh. Menu was well marked as to what was gluten free, unfortunately they must have precooked the gf pasta as it was too chewy and was all broken into pieces. The scampi sauce was lacking in garlic, wine, or butter.... More

Nice course with varied elevations. Tough pin placement on some greens. Pretty good condition, but some sort of construction is occuring. Easy to loose balls. I preferred the nearby Jones course, but both were solid.

Waverly Oaks almost became Hollywood East movie studios. But since the town rejected the project, the golf course continues to shine. The course is challenging and scenic, with friendly and attentive staff. There are attendants collecting your clubs from the parking lot, and cleaning them when you finish. There are range balls already loaded on your cart when you finish... More

I've always enjoyed the layout, and when I played a couple of weeks ago the course was in B+ condition. I just feel that it is somewhat overpriced to play, especially considering it's less than a half mile from a course that is equally challenging and manicured, but cost 30% less to play. I will also say that the clubhouse... More

My wife and I were getting our first golf in of the season and are were a bit rusty. This course is challenging but very well designed. It is longer then many other "executive" courses and I would recommend a cart as the course is bigger than most par 3 or 4s we have played. That being said, the cranberry... More

Visited on a busy Sunday. Great links layout with plenty of bunkers and beautiful rolling hills. Superbly groomed. Just a joy to look over during brunch. Food was super. Really looking forward to playing the course this summer.

Waverly Oaks is easy to find. There are two courses 18 holes requires cart, 9 hole allows walking. Both courses are open with some elevation changes/terrain relief, not overly cluttered with bunkers. Competition from nearby courses, especially highly regarded Pinehills has impacted business. Multiple rates ($45-95) based on times of use (i.e., In season, early bird, weekday vs weekend, etc.)... Great course that is in perfect condition. I haven't played here in a very long time. Just went this morning and it couldn't have been better. The greens are in awesome shape.

We live on the Cape and hadn't played the course in a few years. The course was in wonderful shape, and everyone from the pro shop to the bag boys to the starter were friendly and accomodating. The course is set in the South Shore woods, and the quiet surroundings of pines, wild grasses and huge trees make you believe... More

I was finally able to play Waverly this year. We had a great time! The staff was friendly, and the course was awesome. Course was in great shape. The part 3's are amazing, especially 17. There are lots of elevation changes on the holes. Had a great time, and will definitly go back.
