Large gift shop, eating area, and there were various craft displays. There were a number of people available to provide information about the plantation. Self-guided tour tapes were available.

Stop here first to get all the information on the attractions you'd like to visit. They can tell you the hours, how long to plan on staying at each place, and give you coupons (if available). Very friendly staff.

Started our visit to Plymouth at the Visitor Center. Staffed by two very knowledgeable staff members. Plenty of maps, tour books, and coupons. We were able to purchase tickets for trolley. Appreciated restroom access.

The lady who answered our questions was very knowledgeable and helped us a lot. Note that there is free parking there for 15 minutes, otherwise you pay via meters.

We stopped at the Plymouth Visitor Center to get some information for our day trip. The soft-voiced lady we talked to may be the most helpful and competent clerk I have ever encountered at any visitor information center. She described all of the major attractions in Plymouth to us, used a map to show us the routes, and even let... More

We arrived at Plymouth at 4 pm on a Thursday afternoon - we wanted a 4 night stay on what turned out to be a prime weekend for weddings and graduation and hadn't booked - to make matters worse it was pouring with rain. The lady who dealt with us at the visitor centre was so helpful - she was... More

I like the idea of one stop shopping, but given the lack of connection to the local Community this feels like a manned booth for brochures you would find in a hotel lobby. I appreciate the ability to buy tickets but a little more theme or intimacy is needed. Tip: Go buy Heritage or consolidated ticket at the mayflower 2.... More
