The people in the visitors center were quite helpful in helping me to plan the brief time we had in Plymouth. Their recommendations were spot on.

Although we didn't visit "in-season", there were still lots of folks around. This is not a very big establishment and fills up quickly. You can probably find all the tourist information you need if you can hit it at the right time and don't have to rustle through people to get to the racks.

The staff is friendly and knowledgable about the area. They will circle points of interest on a map for you. They have discount coupons for shops in the area. They will also give you info on the restaurants near the information center. It's worth the stop.

Popped in for some information staff very pleasant and helpful. Lots of hand outs and ideas. Parking a dollar for one hour time for a visit and quick coffee near by.

As so many have said, this little bungalow is staffed by the perfect folks: gung-ho, knowledgeable, and friendly. Partly based on their information we checked out the Mayflower II, Plymouth Rock, several extremely old houses, the Forefathers monument, and walked around the water's edge. There are, of course, tons of other things to do. And there are photo ops galore!... More

Maps, informative, discounts. Volunteers gave great directions and suggestions and steered us from dead ends as some locations had already closed for the season.

We called at the visitor info centre to enquire about the local recommended attractions. We were advised on every attraction there is, given detailed maps and instructions and advice. They two gents on duty were very friendly and informative. They asked us which was the proper way to brew tea, asking if the milk goes in first etc, and were... More
