I learned so much on this tour. Mill work was very dangerous. More

Didn't go inside, but I've seen quite a few mills in my life. I always think the view outside a mill is the best! More

After all the great TA reviews, we were expecting something more from the Jenney Grist Mill, but our experience was definitely disappointing. First, we wanted to attend the walking tour and when I called I was told the walking tour was at 3PM that day. Since we were driving down from Bar Harbor, we weren't sure we'd make it in... More

We are so sorry for your experience at the Mill. Our goal is to make your vacation experience great. We do recommend reservations so that things do not happen that happened to you. We would like to offer you a complimentary walking tour should you decide to visit Plymouth again. If you do, call and ask for Nancy. We do... More

It's worth planning a half hour to take this tour. The gentleman/miller is dressed in costume and assumes the role with entertaining anticdotes. Buy some milled cornmeal on the way out. More

I can't tell you how many times we followed the stream to the Grist mill, took pictures ad nauseum, but never took the tour...until our last visit. The folks giving the tour were wonderful and we all learned so much! This is a must see/must do if you're in Plymouth. You won't regret it! Oh, and they sell ice cream.....not... More

We were not disappointed with our tours at the Jenny Grist Mill. If time is a problem, choose the walking tour over the mill tour. Leo was an excellent guide and provided an exceptional overview of the area during the time of the Pilgrims arrival and subsequent years. The mill was excellent in returning my phone calls and flexible in... More

When planning a trip to Plymouth, we were surprised to see this place rated #1 but since it was fairly inexpensive for the tour, we went ahead and made it our first stop. Out of visiting the Mayflower II, Pilmouth Plantation and this place, this place by far was the best stop of all three. It may not be as... More

The only reason I went on this tour was because my friend wanted to do it, but it was actually REALLY good!! Leo, the miller, was awesome. I only wish I had known that he did Plymouth tours as well. He was personable and so knowledgeable. He didn't just relay facts, but he made it interesting with little known facts... More
