I loved this! We walked around and learned all the history of the area of Plymouth. Very educational for the kids! I recommend this to everyone. There was a small fee .. we tipped the lady giving the tours - she did a great job. More

We took the Ghosts & Legends tour during April vacation week. Our guide mixed ghost stories with the history of Plymouth in an entertaining and engaging manner! My boys, ages 8 & 10, thoroughly enjoyed the tour that lasted over two hours. We would do this tour again! More

The Ghost Tour was a lot of fun and very interesting. There was a lot of walking (including hills) but our guide knew great stories and it made for a very entertaining experience. More

This tour was fantastic! One of the docents gave us the tour, we got a couple of really interesting pictures! My mom is a skeptic and a hobby photographer with a pretty nice camera. She was very suprised at the way some of the pictures turned out. I'll try to upload the best one. My dad also had an interesting... More

My husband and I took this tour while visiting Plymouth. Our tour guide Joyce was excellent and so full of knowledge. Her stories were captivating, and the tour went a full two hours, which was 30 minutes longer than schedule. Walking through Old Cemetery Hill at night was very scary. This tour is also filled with so much genuine history... More

Thank you Colonial Lantern Tours and Diane Finn. Diane and her guides gave 60 people ( 40 5th graders and 20 adults) and\ exciting and engaging view into life in Plymouth in the 1600's. Replete with hands-on experiences and ghostly tales, this company accommodated us at the 11th hour after we found out our tour to Sturbridge Village was cancelled... More

This is a fantastic tour of the History of Plymouth. Our tour leader Larry was extremely knowledgeable of the area and history of. If you really want to learn the historical significance of Plymouth, this is the tour for you. It is a walking tour with some slight inclines as the city is built on a tour. Most people will... More

I really enjoyed the ghost tour. For $10 it's great value for a near 2hr tour around Plymouth. It starts at the John Carver Inn and heads up to the burial ground where you get told various stories regarding different graves and then goes into town where you go to different buildings and get told the history behind the hauntings... My 11-year old son is a huge fan of ghost tours, so this one of the first things I booked for our trip to Plymouth. I can nothing but good things about our experience. The night we were supposed to go on the tour, it was pouring rain - to the point that the streets were flooding in lower areas.... More

Learn things about Plymouth that you can't find in the history books. Tour guide was animated and very knowledgable, he was good about indicating what were facts and what were speculations. History tour is great for history buffs, probably not too exciting for young kids, they would probably prefer the ghost tour . More
