We enjoyed Oak Bluffs. There are alot of restaurants to choose from, and shopping to be done. The Lampost is fun for dancing and nightlife, Off shore Ale has great beer and the Sidecar has great appetizers. If you are into exercise there is a great little gym (B-Strong) on the flip side of Circuit Ave (Kennebec Ave). Best of... more

You can find just about anything here, from clothes, Martha's Vineyard Memorabilia and staples, to fine dining and multiple sources of great ice cream or chocolate. We recommend Mad Martha's, the Island House Cafe (sit on the porch), and Bill & Bens Chocolate Emporium. (Mostly because we've been to those places and got the goods, though I'm sure some of... more

My husband and I starting going to Martha's Vineyard 5 years ago and have been going back every year since! We recently found a great house to rent with in walking distance from Circuit Avenue and this is THE perfect spot to be on the island! We have 2 children and we love going down to the carasoel and looking... more
