I have been going to Martha's Vineyard, specifically Oak Bluffs, for the last 20 years. My family has a house in Oak Bluffs and Circuit Avenue is where everything is located around. The campground main entrance is off of Circuit Avenue. The tabernacle is at the foot of Circuit. There are many mainstay restaurants on Circuit avenue including Linda Jeans,... More

we had a great time walking and shopping down Circuit Ave. Bill and Bens Chocolate Emporium and Martha's Vineyard Chowder Company are great. And the World's Oldest Carousel in the Flying Horse.

As other reviewers have noted, Circuit Ave. has all kinds of shops and restaurants. Since we visited in September, we did not have to fight the summer crowds. We enjoyed walking around checking out the various stores and restaurants. They had ice cream parlors (some that also offered soup and sandwiches), coffee shops, pricey restaurants, and places for the budget... More

Circuit Avenue is great to stroll, with coffee shops, ice cream parlors, souvenir shops, all different kinds of restaurants (from diner to upscale).

A 100 x classier version of touristy New England vacation towns. Unique restaurants and mom and pop shops. Absolutely no chains businesses here. Although its a vacation town, it still has the small town business appeal to it which was nice to see...Love this part of the island!

Circuit Avenue has seen some unhappy changes but all in all it's still a shopping Mecca. The Flying Horses( the oldest carousel in the USA) is still up & running & hasn't changed

Affordable (compared to Edgartown) and touristy (but in a lighthearted and fun way), Circuit Avenue allowed us access to Martha's Vineyard everything: t-shirts, mugs, and glasses.

We thought we were early at 8:30am on a Saturday morning but Circuit Avenue was already bustling with Ocean sounds, breakfast cooking smells, and cars slowly winding through an island traffic jam. Families, singles, and other odd groups juggling for a seat at one of the many dining choices. Great early morning experience.

Typical souvenier shop stores with t-shirts, and the usual items with a few restaurants and bars to check out. It was not very New Englandy or tropical, we preferred the shopping and ambience at Edgartown
