Circuit Avenue has seen some unhappy changes but all in all it's still a shopping Mecca. The Flying Horses( the oldest carousel in the USA) is still up & running & hasn't changed

Affordable (compared to Edgartown) and touristy (but in a lighthearted and fun way), Circuit Avenue allowed us access to Martha's Vineyard everything: t-shirts, mugs, and glasses.

We thought we were early at 8:30am on a Saturday morning but Circuit Avenue was already bustling with Ocean sounds, breakfast cooking smells, and cars slowly winding through an island traffic jam. Families, singles, and other odd groups juggling for a seat at one of the many dining choices. Great early morning experience.

Typical souvenier shop stores with t-shirts, and the usual items with a few restaurants and bars to check out. It was not very New Englandy or tropical, we preferred the shopping and ambience at Edgartown

Make sure to take a stroll down and up Circuit Ave and see all the shops and restaurants! Don't forget to see the oldest Carousel in the United States.

This place has all that you need in summer, Love Linda Jeans for years. Great food....Lots of shops, good coffee early in day, night life, some charge, some don't. Lucky enough to walk from B & B. most all of our friends were staying within walking distance, not everybody took a car, some boats, some flew. This was our home... More

The shops are all very nice with lots of different merchandise. Most places allow you to bring your dog in and even have water bowls and troughs for you family pet. Good prices and merchants willing to negotiate their prices. We shop on Circuit Ave every time we visit Oak Bluffs.

Circuit Ave is a great spot for all ages. It has everything you would want to see. Great restaurants, shops, grocery store, liquor stores, everything. Visit from end of June to end of August for the best experience as many shops close for the winter after Columbus Day. I live here. Also, you can walk to see the gingerbread houses... More
