Great place to window shop even if you don't want to buy at the more expensive end of the market. So good looking restaurants too.

This is an outdoor mall that's nice for walking since it's set up like a village. There are many chain stores that can be found anywhere but there are also unique, local shops with unusual clothing and housewares. There's also a new organic market. There's plenty of parking and a nicer atmosphere than many malls.

The Commons has everything from Talbot's and the Gap to local art and an organic market. Some standard coastal options include Vineyard Vines and the Black Dog Country Store. Parking is ample and the commons are condensed and accessible. Technically it occupies both sides of Rt 151, with the shopping on one side and the necessities on the other (groceries,... More

This outdoor shopping mall is great for strolling and browsing. It felt like we were meandering through a quaint village. The shops were interesting and unusual. It was a pleasant way to spend an afternoon.

Lots of great shops and spots to eat. Just a nice pleasant spot to spend some time. Don't miss Cupcake Charlie's.

We enjoyed walking around the outdoor mall. Most of the shops are high end. Mostly windowed shopped. There are several restaurants and dessert places too. We had lunch and frozen yogurt while there.

20 years ago the Commons was a small collection of shops for locals and vacationers. It was "Real" quaint rather than what it is now..."Commercial" quaint. The commons has been commercially developed to feel quaint. But tourists, teens and shoppers love it. It has stores, shops and eateries, and at least half of them can be found in any mall... More

Unfortunately we got pretty lost trying to find this place and everything was starting to close when we finally made it, but we still walked around and it was gorgeous. I know it's high end, but it's fun to browse high end every once in awhile. We stumbled on an outdoor showing of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and... More
