A cultural treasure, this museum is free. Parking is ample, attendance is sparse, and it gives one time to learn a lot about American history at one's leisure without the pressure of lines, sales, etc. Permanent exhibits cover the beginning of the revolution in Lexington and Masonic history. Rotating exhibits have spanned all parts of American history, usually well-conceived collections... more
