There are so many little shops, cafes, & restaurants to visit & see. I went to a little café for breakfast and it was so good. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather. Fun to walk and visit.

I have to say that I agree with another review in here that I felt almost unsafe walking in Hyannis. The main street is run-dwon and the shops look unkept. I realize that it was off-season but there the atmosphere felt "off". Although many stores and restaurants are closed duringthe off-season - the good things about Hyannis is that there... More

First off, let me start by saying that I have travelled to the Cape 7 times. Each time we go, we are sure to make a trip to Main Street Hyannis for dinner, shopping and an evening out. There are so many great little shops, ice cream stops and resturants, its sure to please any type of group. It's one... More

This is a spring/summer attraction only. Winters up here are dreadful and most of the shops will be closed. But in the summer is is a lovely area for a stroll! There are many overpriced shops to browse and lots of nice places to eat and drink.

This street has many shops to visit, but unfortunately many were closed during our visit. We expected that as it was December and their off-season.

Main street was a nice stroll with shops and restaurants. Hyannis has a better downtown area for walking around then some of the other towns around the cape. The sidewalks are wider and lend more to the walking crowd. Also it's nice to have somewhere to hang around waiting for the ferry or right after getting back if you don't... More

If you're tired of supporting the big box stores that only sell what is popular at the time and mostly made in China items, make sure to visit the many local owned & operated stores on Main Street. These stores tend to carry quality items that the big box stores don't carry. Customer service at the local stores that we... More

Nice walking downtown. Has some good stores and restaurants. Would have liked more though. Still you have the JFK museum which was great. In summer this place should be hoping. During November it was just a nice quite stroll for shopping.

Lots of little stores and restaurants to take in and enjoy. Many places close for the winter so check first but we found plenty open and lots to do.
