I took this little adventure with my 5 year old son, who was leary at first, but ended up having a great time. The parents just sit back and watch as the crew take the children out in search of buried treasure and help them battle the "enemy" pirate. Such fun to see the kids having a blast... literally! :o) More

The Pirate Adventures out of Hyannis Harbor was the cutest! Perfect for children 4-8. The ship was a very close replica of a pirate ship, the Captain was dressed for the part and the crew were pretty funny. The children loved participating, and when they got to shoot the water cannons it was the funniest. My husband and I walked... More

Pirate Adventures is really fun. They are organized and keep the kids busy all the time. I was impressed. It is best for the 8 and under crowd. My 8 year old pretty much had the whole thing figured out so I wouldn't recommend it for older kids. The face painting and pirate names were a big hit! More

This kid's activity turned out to be even better for the kids than I thought it would be. The staff were very enthusiastic and kept the kids engaged throughout the adventure with a series of activites and plot twists in the treasure hunt storyline. Our son loved it, and our daughter, who was resolved not to like it because she... More

Very impressive operation and the kids loved their pirate adventure. It is probably better for age 4 and up as it is scary for some littler kids. My nieces thought it was the highlight of their entire week on the cape and we did it all- minigolf, trampolines, clambakes, fishing, crabbing, you name it. The staff did a great job... More

We first went on Pirate Adventures 2 years ago and were charmed by the experience and the care that they took to include our 3 year old in the activities. Almost everything we remembered hasn't changed and it is still a rollicking adventure for the kids. There was the swearing of the pirate oath, hoisting of the pirate flag, assembling... More

We took our 4 1/2 and 2 1/2 year old kids on the Pirate Adventure boat ride. The reservation process was simple; you can book online or over the phone if it is less than 24 hours to departure time. The person I spoke with was helpful and informative. The event begins with the children receiving pirate name tags. Then... More

This was a wonderful mid-week activity for our 6 y.o. daughter (it's good for boys and girls) FYI: I overheard the "captain" say that the Bass River, Dennis "ship" is geared for younger kids (~ 2-7 y.o.), while the Hyannis "ship" is a bit more boisterous, good for older kids. [NOTE: if your kid likes pirates, make sure to visit... More

We went on this Pirate Ship (Gypsy Rose) adventure and we loved it. It is great for the kids. They really go out to make it realistic for the kids. It is a little over an hour boat ride. The kids get free face painting/ tatoos before and after the ride. They all get name tags with special names on... More

We took our nearly 4 year old daughter on the Sea Gypsy in Hyannis this morning. What a blast! We were a bit skeptical that all of the kids and adults would all have a good time - activities with young kids are always unpredictable at best. However, Pirate Adventures delivered in a big way. I was impressed that the... More
