We visited on a rainy day; it's cool to experience something that you might not associate with the Cape. Very knowledgeable staff - you can get a short guided tour or just do-it-yourself. At the end, you can have some samples, or pay a small fee for a flight of five and a souvenir glass (the Porter rivals anything you'll... More

We are big into visiting breweries, and always try to visit at least one in every area we visit. So we stopped by here on our way out on a Saturday afternoon. The beer did not disappoint. They have a tour at 11am, but we just wanted to try the samples. For $5 you get 5 tokens that are each... More

We stopped here after a trip to the Chip Factory (right down the street) and took the tour. It's more of a talk than a tour. They have one big room that you stand in and she talks about how they make the beer. It was about 45 minutes, and was very interesting. The tasting was fun too. $5 get... More

A nice place with friendly staff and very good beer. Reasonable prices for a filled growler to take home.

We showed up for the 11 am beer tour and had a friendly tour guide. Free tour- Standard 1 room tour of the brewery with an explanation of how beer is made for 30-45 minutes. We spent $5 for a tasting glass and sampled 5 beers of our choice (8 offered) but were surprised no free beer with tour. Had... More

We went for the FREE tour and was not disappointed. The tour was informative on the beer making process and the history of the company. My fiancé did a beer tasting. It is $5 for 5 three ounce beers and he said e beers were very good. The tour is held daily at 11 am. Be sure to get there... More

Couldn't have better! We went for the tour which was very informative & a good time. After the tour we stayed for the beer tasting. $5 for 5 3 oz tastes plus a free tasting glass, you can't beat that! & the beer is excellent!! Definitely check this out if you are in the area.

We missed the daily plant tour, but we were happy to spend $5 to taste 5 beers. The server was very attentive and informative, and the beers went down easily. You really get to appreciate the differences in flavors and brewing techniques.

Enjoyed learning about their beer and tasting what they brew. For $5 you receive a tasting glass and 5 tokens to use to sample their beer. It's a unique way to do it. The beer was good and the staff was knowledgeable. They have events there, a small gift shop, and an outside patio. A nice way to spend a... More

The tour started promptly at 11 and was very casual and informative. The guide was great and made sure that people wouldn't feel awkward leaving to refill their sample glasses. The samples were five dollars and this included five samples and a souvenir tasting glass. My only regret is that I forgot to buy a growler from one of the... More
