Even thought we'd been to Hyannis any number of times, we didn't know about this modest memorial. It's next to the Cape and Islands Korean War Memorial. There's a pleasant view across the harbour and you can watch the sailing school(?) nearby. Recommend you go in the AM when the sun is on the plaque.

This is a free park with a wonderful view of the ocean and you can walk down to the beach. Pack a picnic, bring a book. Parking is limited and becomes busy during summer season. Butting the park there is a beach, for a fee.

What a peaceful setting for this memorial, overlooking the sea. It is close to the Korean war memorial so you can see both memorials at the same time,

It is what you expect, learn more about the Kennedy's history. I'm from Massachusetts so my husband and I enjoyed it very much. JFK jr. was so handsome.

Very impressive as to the Kennedy homage. Easy to get to. Right in the town centre. Lots of Kennedy memorabilia.

This is a nice stop, we walked here (about a mile) from Main Street. Not much of a scenic walk so I would suggest driving to this location. We arrived in April so it was pre-season. Quiet without any fountains turned on. There were really no other people around. The location has a great view of the ocean and is... More

This is a quiet, understated, curved stone wall with the familiar profile of JFK carved, I believe, in bronze, centered on the wall. It overlooks the ocean, which JFK famously loved, and there are several stone benches surrounding what seems to be a fountain (we are here in off-season, and there was a tarp covering something circular on the center).... Right next to the Korean Memorial as well; sobering reminder of a President lost -a nice spot for meditation

A very beautiful spot overlooking the water. A fitting tribute to an inspirational man. Nearby a very attractive Korean War Memorial. Well worth visiting.
