My family stopped to check out the Veteran's Memorial while on vacation and it was a real nice stop. Very peaceful view and something to see while in Hyannis.

Nice calm area for young kids to swim, pretty views, and war memorials.Too bad you have to watch every step you take,on the grass,or on the paths because of the goose droppings,

We checked out Veterans' Park while staying in Hyannis, and loved the JFK Memorial and Korean War Memorial at the top of the hill. Both were really nice. The beach is very nice as well, but it's facing the harbour and has many boats. However, since it's not facing Nantucket Sound like the other Hyannis beaches, the water is a... More

The Jeff Lowe band performed in the park. It was beautiful on the harbor and a great place to relax and eat take-out, while enjoying the great music.

Very clean. Great for children being there are no waves. Relaxing with nice views. Great location right off main street.

The view is amazing and the park is beautiful, clean and the beach is great. The JFK Memorial is very quietly moving, alongside the Korean War Veterans memorial and other memorials - a wonderful and peaceful spot to reflect.

Nice beach for swimming , and the washrooms are always open, through out the year, at least till late afternoon. You can walk all the way to Kalmus Beach from there. In the summer time there is a snack bar also open. A lot of family go there to use the bbq's and have picnics

This attraction should be considered with the Veteran's Park and the JFK memorial as all are interconnected. Not a major spot but a good place to get away from the visual distractions and sometimes crowds on main street. Good place to sit and think or walk (but watch your step, lots of goose crap).
