Quick way to get to Nantucket from Hyannis Port. Comfortable seating. Enjoyed the ride over and back. They do serve beverages if you want something. Don't know the cost for that.

We took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, then walked to streets, and visited a restaurant. The architecture of the private homes is phenomenal. Make sure you know the ferry schedule, so you don't get caught on the island overnight(unless of course, you want to). The Ferry ride is quite pleasant. Be prepared to park in a lot, not close to... WE enjoyed our fast trip to Nantucket. The guided 1.5 hour tour recommendation was excellent. They is no commentary at all on the ride so just sit back and look. Boats are perfectly on time! Dependable! Clean, comfortable table and chair combo's inside or outside.

We had a very positive experience taking the fast ferry to Nantucket. The ferry was clean, fast, and sold food and refreshments. The only thing we didn't like was the person at the Hyannis port whom we purchased our ticket from. He was very rude towards us. Other than that it's a great way to get to Nantucket in 1... More

We took the hi speed ferry to and from Nantucket earlier this week spending the night on the island. The ferry ride was very smooth and is worth the extra price over the car ferry.

I use steamship every year to get to Oak Bluffs on the Vineyard, and it's never let me down! I look forward to it every year when I get off the bus, board the ferry, and order up some of their wonderful chowder and a beer. Can't get much better than that!

We took the ferry from Woods Hole to Vineyard Haven in Marthas Vineyard. We paid to take our car which we thought was worth the price to have freedom and flexibility to explore the island. The ferry ride over left later but our return ferry two days later was right on time. It was a quick trip with options to... More

The high speed ferry was clean, fast and pretty comfortable. It was certainly worth the extra money. Taking a bike was very easy.

Went to Nantucket late April for the day. Booked a tour at the ticket office. Found out from the tour company that the Steamship Authority had a round trip cost of $50 dollars if done in the same day. The other company was charging something like $77. Parked car in lot and took shuttle to boat(we got lost and should... More
