We love to see Chris Botti when he comes to the Cape Cod Melody tent. This is a rare opportunity to see a world-class performance without the drive to Boston. The stage makes the show take on an intimate character as you are literally just a few yards from the stage no matter where you sit. The acoustics are not... More

My absolute favorite place for concerts! I've attended a couple of concerts each summer - especially jazz. The stage revolves. Not a bad seat in the house - unless it is behind one of the tent poles. Some performers have an opening act

We went to two shows this summer. It is just the right size for an informal concert. The stage turns, which means you always have a great seat. A word of caution, if the tickets don't say "a night with...." there will be a warm up act. It's long, then there is a very long intermission before the actual show... More

just about any seat in the house is a great one! Problem is that the shows are so-so. Management appears to book the better acts they get on the weekends at their South Shore venue, and if they come here, it's on a weekday. Leaves you feeling a little exploited since they know people are looking for entertainment and will... More

We go to the Melody Tent quite often. The last time we went, the Cape Cod Symphony was playing there for the firs time. As usual, they were excellent. We have seen Bill Cosby, The Beach Boys, Pine Martini (who are positively the best musical group we have ever seen) and many other performers. There is easy access in and... More

We are regular concert goers all over New England and planned a trip to the Cape around a Lyle Lovett concert at the Melody Tent. It was our first visit and we were not disappointed. It's a great venue and not a bad seat in the place. If you haven't seen a concert in the round it takes a little... More

You know how you can sometimes get stuck in distant seats when you're at a concert and can't even see the entertainers' faces? Well, not in this place! Every seat is literally a great seat around the revolving stage. The parking lot is large enough, FREE, and close to the Tent. The staff smiles, and are even gracious when you... More

The venue was small and intimate. The music sounded great. It was in the round. Beverages were reasonably priced. All around great time.
