Self guided tour where you watch the factory through windows. Fun to see the behind-the-scenes of the delicious snack. Gift shop at end. Fair prices and friendly staff. Worth stopping in if in area.

"Self-guided tour" is really just a fancy way of saying "read along as you navigate down a moderately sized hallway overlooking the potato chip factory". The entire thing probably took about 10 minutes. That said, what a cute stop. Really glad we made it. You certainly can't beat the price tag (free); Really they pay -you- since you leave two... More

It's just really a quick self-guided walk through of the factory. It's free, but nothing amazing really. You do score a free small bag of chips at the end at least.

Great peek into this process. I had no idea how this was done and it was fun to see a company who uses only natural ingredients all of which you can pronounce! Free samples are waiting in the gift shop. People you encounter along the way were very friendly

Great if you want a quick diversion. Interesting to see the process and care taken in the product. I think this increased my respect for the brand as allot of effort goes into quality. Free samples available to take from the shop or factory prices available.

If it's a cold or rainy day on the Cape and you need a little diversion, this tour is fine. As others have said it's very short, but you do get a peek at some of the machinery used to make and package the chips. The hall you walk through and the gift shop are very small, though, so it... More

This was a nice factory and they give you 2 little bags of chips when you leave. Thing is, just my luck, the factory was closed down the day I was there. I still got to walk through where they make the chips (you look through a glass at them being made) - they just weren't running the chip-making machines... More

Cape Cod chips are delicious so what is better than seeing them being made and then getting two free sample bags to munch on? The tour itself is self guided and takes about 5-10 minutes depending on the crowd in front of you. You basically walk through a long hall and there are windows that look out onto the factory... Checked the web site before we made the trip and it said they were open. Got there and they were closed for inventory. Very disappointed as we went out of our way to do this and it was a waste of time and gas.

It's short, it's complete and it's fun to watch. It's not rocket science, but it is still fascinating to watch the process and then to sample a couple of bags of different "flavors". They are good chips!
