We couldn't have asked for a better whale-watching experience. The trip lasted for approximately 3.5 hours. It began with an hour ride out to sea, then the captain slowed the boat and the naturalist began speaking over the microphone which could be heard throughout the boat. She instructed us which side of the boat to move to depending on the... More

We went out with 7 Seas Whale Watch during a our recent New England road trip. In one word this was an AWESOME experience! We saw at least 2 dozen whales consistently for nearly 2 hours. The captain, crew and narrator did a wonderful job. The boat was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely return if I made my... More

We had a fantastic experience with 7 Seas as far as the boat and crew were concerned. The boat was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly! We went last July, and did not see any whales. We got the free passes for a second trip, but we have not been able to use them because we... More

Thank you fro writing, Carolinagirl. It's very nice of you to want to give those passes away, but know that even if you come back a few years from now we will still honor them ;-) I truly hope you are able to make it up to New England for another trip sometime soon. More

We went on the 8:30 trip and it was spectacular! Even the crew and naturalist said it was "National Geographic callibre whale-watching" the day we went! The captain carefully steered us so we could get extended looks at the feeding humpback whales, and we saw several mothers with their calves. The naturalist was very knowledgeable, and her excitement was contagious.... More

Thank your for taking the time to write a review, Tuckerdee! I was the Captain on this trip... it truly was like a National Geographic special! We have been fortunate to have a lot of good trips recently and I hope these sightings last a bit longer! I'm glad you had such a good day on the water. Thanks again! More

My fiancé and I had never been whale watching and decided spontaneously to go to Gloucester. We picked a great time to go. We saw at least 25 different Humpback Whales! The naturalist who spoke was very knowledgable and did a very nice job keeping us informed of what was going on around us. Although we were told these sighting... More

Thank you, Kelli! I'm glad you went on such a wonderful day when there so many whales. 25 whales is a lot! The truth is we have no control over how many whales are in the area, but we can control the cleanliness of our boat and the professionalism/customer service shown by our staff and I wanted to thank you... Seen 25-30 whales feeding up close! The crew was friendly and informative. We couldn't have picked a more perfect day! I'd suggest going.

We (mom, dad, 12-year-old son, grandma and grandpa) went whale watching with 7 Seas on a Friday afternoon in June. We were lucky and had beautiful weather - just remember it gets cooler out on the ocean, so take a jacket. The boat was comfortable, and had plenty of room for the number of passengers; we could choose to sit... More

I traveled with family and friends down from Vermont. I was a little nervous at first because I am prone to seasickness, but the waters were calm and we were fortunate enough to see 4 whales. The staff was great and the boat was clean. We had an excellent time and plan on doing it again very soon.

Went out yesterday 6/30/14, on the morning trip. We had a beautiful day. The boat was spotless (bathrooms too). The galley with snack bar was very nice and offered a variety of snacks. They offered a small on board learning area with books and a monitor with "real time" gps tracking of the boats location. The crew was friendly, helpful... More
