This place has the bike rental business "cornered". They obviously do a brisk business and have decent well functioning bikes. Keep in mind that parking is inconveniently located at least 2 blocks away (not "across the street" like they say). Locks and helmets are available at no charge for the asking (young children are required to where helmets). It would... More

We arrived about 10am and were soon kitted out with suitable bikes by the helpful staff. I liked the woman's bikes as they had baskets for handbags. The shop was just across the road from the bike pathway. Turn left for Wood's Hole and right for the other part of the pathway. We chose to go to Wood's Hole and... More

We wanted to bike at the Shining Sea Bikeway. Upon a recommendation from another reviewer, we decided to rent the bikes from Corner Cycle. Their website was informative about the types of bikes they have and their prices. We went around 11am and parked on Main St, then walked a few blocks to the store. (Side note, we found parking... Rented bikes here to ride the Shining Sea Bike Way. The staff was very helpful in getting us fitted to the right bike. Also the bikes were in good shape and rode well. No complaints!

We arrived at 12:00 and they were out of women's bikes, but otherwise hooked us up with 5 bikes. They gave us a map and some advice, and within a minute we were on the Path. We paid $80 for 6 hours which allowed us to ride the whole path and stop in Woods Hole for a leisurely lunch. The... More

I would do business again with Corner Cycle. * The bikes are decent. * One person in our party got a flat in Woods Hole (next town over). I called them up and they brought us a new bike in a matter of 10-15 minutes. * check-out and return process pretty quick. * there is a bike trail head near... More

As a tourist, I guess the thing that's going for them is their location. Very near to trail entry and lot of parking in the nearby suggested lot. However, they could do a little better with how they handle customers. Utter disregard for any questions you may have and in our case we had to remind them that we were... More

Helpful staff, great location (right off the Shiny See bike path) and great prices ($14 for five hours!). Free locks and helmets and maps provided.

I have visited this store twice now, because I thought maybe the poor service I received on the first visit was possibly just due to someone having a bad day, and I really wanted to give my local bike store another chance to win me over as a potential long term, local, year-round customer. My first visit was in February,... More
