Took the Island Queen to Martha's Vineyard this past weekend. Great experience. Sit on either one of the two upper decks.

Nice speedy trip to great Martha's vineyard. Boat is nice and clean with enough space for everyone. Recommend 2nd tier. The staff was nice and friendly. The cost is nice and cheap.

This ferry runs from Falmouth to Oak Bluffs in Martha's Vineyard. Oak Bluffs is the village where the Flying Horses (oldest platform carousel in the US and it has a brass ring), the gingerbread houses, the Tabernacle and campgrounds are located. The Island Queen is a speedy , affordable and picturesque avenue to Martha,s Vineyard. There is ample space to wait for the boat, the staff is very helpful and it is much faster than the boat that leaves from Woods Hole. You cannot bring your car aboard the I. Day trip across to Marthas Vineyard (AKA Jaws Island). Ferry ran on time both ways, and was very busy for the return journey but everyone got on board - amazingly! $20 return - good price.

Clean boat, good price, Busy time of day. would prefer to reserve a place rather than stand in line for 45mins to secure a spot. Very hot day with no shade,

The shortest route to Martha's Vineyard. Less than an hour from Falmouth Harbor to Oak Bluffs. Reasonable fare. On time service. Inside and outside seating. Snack bar on board.
