The Island Queen was on time and very convenient for Falmouth-Oak Bluffs travel. The 45 minute trip was quick without the loading/unloading of cars on the larger Steamship Authority vessels.

Very, very easy. The parking lot is a short walk away ($15/day) so no time consuming shuttle. Service is to Oak Bluffs...a MUCH better location than Vineyard Haven. Unfortunately it is a seasonal service...May to mid/late October (I think...check their website). I just took it this past week-end and the service was efficient and timely,

We were staying in Hyannis and decided to drive to Falmouth to catch the Island Queen to Martha's Vineyard for only $20 instead of using the more expensive Hy-Line ferries ($40-$70) from Hyannis port. Parking was $15 and was only a 5 minute walk away. The ride to Martha's Vineyard and back was very pleasant and the Island Queen's staff... More

Great smooth ride. Was a full boat for both ways but did not feel crowded with even 500 people on board. Fairly quick loading and unloading.

Quick and easy way to get to Martha's Vineyard. Very smooth sailing and it drops you off in Oaks Bluff. It basically runs every hour.

We rode the ship with other members of our group headed to Martah's Vineyard for some bicycling. Going over was an adventure as the seas were a bit rough, but my sea-legs worked out just fine.
