What an example of early American architecture. It is in an area with many other amazing buildings and homes.

Glad we took the time to see this building. It is magnificent. While there take a look at the smaller building across the street to the right of City Hall. It is also charming.

If you are visiting Fairhaven, New Bedford, or other areas on Buzzard's Bay, make time for the morning walking tour of Fairhaven with Christopher Richard, the Director of Tourism. City hall, a must see?? Yes! Wonderful architecture, stained glass windows. Be sure to see the 2nd floor auditorium as well.
