Gorgeous beach!

Wonderful open beach with scenic dunes. We read about the ticks so I would suggest keeping away from the vegetation on the way to the beach. Glorious views.

Absolutely stunning beach and the view is beautiful. We were there in April and yes it was windy and chilly but worth the trip as its the beach were Jaws was filmed. Well worth a visit

Relatively firm sand; moderate surf to keep it interesting; and never far from road in case of fatigue.

We love the tranquility; no crowds; walk on the beach for ever; watch the birds fly; gather shells. We dislike that there are no rest room facilities.

Great public beach! Nice waves good vibe. The bathrooms were relatively clean. Can get a bit crowded during peak season but still plenty of space to enjoy the beach.

An almost pristine beach looking south into nothing but water. I think the next land south of there is in the Carribean! You can walk for a Mike or so east or west.....nice peaceful walk in the off season

If you love beautiful beaches with strong waves, this is the place for you. Plan on spending the day here. Walk the shoreline, body surf, and sunbathe. After the beach, head into Edarown for some decent food and drinks! We love it!

While we found very few reasons to visit MV, this is legit. We went in of season, but this beach would be great in the summer. Isolated, extremely long and beautiful sand. The water was not clear and blue, but this seemed more of a beach destination than a water activity destination. For an extended stay for beach goers, this... More

Miles of sandy beaches-Great especially if you have a 4 wheel drive car. Clear blue -green water. Warm due to the Gulf Stream that runs right by Marthas Vineyard.
