A favorite anytime of the year - summer of course, but the fall and winter are fantastic! Summers are busy and crowded, fall and winter much less crowded. Dogs are allowed off leash after Labor Day - Memorial Day. The beach has a snack bar and bathrooms as well as a shower to wash off the sand. Parking is convenient.... More

faces west; wait for a cloudy sunset for best pics, low tide timing is best, easy parking during the off season.

Since it was off season, we didn't have to pay any fees to go on to the beach. It wasn't at all crowded - just very relaxing

This beach had a grassy area that was protected by a rock wall where kids could search for and catch hermit crabs. The water level was so low that I didn't mind my daughter going 15 feet in front of me as it didn't get any deeper. It was also great for my 2 year old nephew, again the water... More

Beautiful and natural bay beach. No waves and the water is shallow so kids can just stand in the water and enjoy! Lots of dead sea creatures (crabs mostly) but didn't find any live ones unfortunately. Nice tidal pools. A LOT of seaweed but that didn't bother us. Life guards. Seafood shack. So relaxing!!!

Have been staying in Dennis for many years now. We love both Mayflower and Corporation beaches. Corporation has a bit more character, and by that I mean rocks, hermit crabs, places to explore...my kids love to go on secret adventures in search of "things" at this beach. We have been lucky enough to find little lobsters, starfish and shrimp hiding... More

Our 4th summer on this beach. We also spend time in Chatham. While we love Chatham, the beaches pale in comparison to those in Dennis!

Our first beach on the Cape. This is a good location for young families but space is limited and it felt a little crowded. As you will have guessed I'm now a big fan of Skaket Beach so unless you're a surfer or a wave lover try here first.

Fills up quickly, get there early! Great beach, nice water, and the Dennis Public Market Grill Shack is awesome! Good sand, shallow water for kids and plenty of shells, crabs, things too see and play with. Short walk from the parking lot, stairs bring you right down to beach.

We have been to this beach twice and love it. It's huge so you still have plenty of room if there are a lot of people. Parking fills up fast, we were lucky one day when they opened up an auxiliary lot nearby. The walk to the steps and up them can be a challenge if you are elderly, have... More
