If the bright white steamcoming out of Williams' Sugarhouse chimney doesn't lure you in, the intense maple aroma once you enter the sugarhouse's restaurant surely will. Speaking from experience, everything on their menu is excellent...make sure not to miss having a Belgian waffle and above all, give the "sugar on snow" with pickles a try...it is an unbelievably tasty combination....
