Just returned from a weekend getaway with my husband and twin 3 year olds. We stayed at the double tree which had a perfect family style room for us. Hotel was clean and very convenient to the water park. It is all connected which I did not realize based on descriptions that I had previously read. The park was crowded... More

We went on school vacation and immediately realized our mistake. There are not enough tables for even a quarter of the people so there is a lot of table stealing and people just dumping their stuff anywhere for lack of anywhere else to put it. Its a small place so gets very load very fast. we were hoping for some adult... More

I had read a number of not so flattering reviews prior to my visit. I went to my grandsons 10th birthday with an open mind hoping for the best. Six adults and 10 children had a great time! We came in out of the cold march weather to a nice warm tropical pool area. We wasted no time getting into... More

Great time for the family. A little pricey on the food, but other than that it was a great time for the children.

I normally don't do this, but I've never received such a wonderful service at the tradewinds lounge. I had Maria as a server she was very attentive her knowledge of the menu was very impressive. My wife had the grilled chicken margarita and it was very tasteful. I couldn't decide what to eat so Maria asked me what I'm in... More

They do a great job and it is year round in New England, where we just had 8 feet of snow. It is great to be in water park knowing there is all that snow outside and your swimming. The price is high but there is fun in the water.

I brought my family of 7 to the park today and was very disappointed. For $258 entrance fee there was not enough chairs or tables to accommodate everyone at the park, the bathroom was disgusting-I went into 3 stalls in ladies room,1had feces in toilet,1had blood on the seat, and last had urine everywhere,I didn't want to let my kids use any!... I liked that the water park is indoors. Just a small section is outdoors. I Disliked that the hotel only included 4 passes instead of 1 per person. Only 4 of us had fun. And we're a family of 6

My family and I were terribly disappointed with our experience at your facility this Fri/Sat. My children, ages 3 and 9, had such a poor experience, we had the option to go back on Saturday but no one wanted to despite our package with the hotel. The facility was dirty and saying it was overcrowded is an understatement. The ladies... More

Your review certainly concerns us, as this is not at all what we want our valued patrons to experience. As you can imagine, because of the recent abundance of snow and frigid temps, not only has our water park been extremely busy, but battling the outside temperatures has been a constant struggle. We can understand your disappointment and offer our... More
