My family and I were terribly disappointed with our experience at your facility this Fri/Sat. My children, ages 3 and 9, had such a poor experience, we had the option to go back on Saturday but no one wanted to despite our package with the hotel. The facility was dirty and saying it was overcrowded is an understatement. The ladies... More

Your review certainly concerns us, as this is not at all what we want our valued patrons to experience. As you can imagine, because of the recent abundance of snow and frigid temps, not only has our water park been extremely busy, but battling the outside temperatures has been a constant struggle. We can understand your disappointment and offer our... More

We came to visit as a little February break getaway, knowing that it would be busy. Busy was an underststement. Place was dirty, with trashes heaping, poorly cleaned restrooms, dirty water and loooong lines for any type of food. The facility is geared to under 12 years old, as our family's 14 and 15 year olds were completely bored. Think... More

My wife and three kids had another nice visit to the Danvers MA Coco Key water park at the double tree resort. As usual, the staff was attentive and professional but I do have just one minor criticism. During the breakfast buffet in the ballroom, the table that had the maple syrup was ridiculously slow due to the waffle iron... More

Like many others we came here to escape the cold weather. We understand it is cold outside and therefore difficult to heat a large indoor area but we naively expected the promise of 84 to be kept. I'll keep it brief. The air was cold and the water temperature was very cold. Every child in sight was shivering and every... More

We absolutely apologize for the challenging experience you have described. Unfortunately, due to the extreme cold outside, our heaters just were unable to keep up and the temperatures inside could not be maintained at 84 degrees. The past few weeks have been record setting, in both attendance at our park and in temperatures throughout the region. Each instance, whether it... More

I knew when I purchased tickets for the Wednesday of February break that CocoKey would be mobbed, and it was, but my 5 year old son and I still had a great day together. Pros-- he was pretty much the perfect age for this park. At 47", he enjoyed both the little kids splash area and the other "big kid"... More

This place kept my kids busy for hours! There was so much for them to do. However the people there were so rude! The lady that checked us in was great, but after that everyone was so unpleasant. Also it took 2 hours, literally 2 hours to get lunch and the grab and go restaurant in there, all we ordered... More

My husband and I recently stayed over night with our 6 and 8 year old boys. It was Valentines Day and we were sick and tired of the snow and cold weather. Having been to the park in the past when they were having "heating issues" I decided to call and make sure everything was up and running before we... More

My 8 year old loved it so we gave it three hours but we were freezing. The air was cold, the water was cold and the only way to get warm was the hot tub. It was also small with limited options. Will not go back.

My husband and I decided to book an overnight stay at the Double Tree and purchased the waterpark package. We figured we'd get away from the crazy snow in Boston and wake up with the kids and spend all day President's Day playing in the waterpark. Let me start by saying that the package came to $345 (including taxes), and... More

This was just a wonderful fun place for kids and adults. Lots to do in the water park which is indoor. It is clean and lots of staff to help if you need it. it gets crowded but not overly crowded. My kids loved it. It has an arcade that was fun. The kids had a blast!!
