“Best time ever!”

I had only an idea of what to expect. It was that and so much more! The quides were wonderful. Very professional, but fun at the same time. Our group of 11 clients and two guides all got along really well and made for a great experience. I can't wait to repeat the ziplining experience! More

This was truly a blast. The staff was fantastic, they were friendly, efficient and made me feel very safe. The actually zip lining was great, beautiful views and of course the thrill of just jumping into the air! We intend to come back to do the Valley Jump tour as we did the Mountain Top Tour, which was truly lovely.... More

Even the pleasant guides and the company of great friends could not overcome the awful experience of zip lining in inclement weather. 72 hrs. (which is the company's deadline to change/cancel reservations) prior to our zip-lining reservation on Oct. 1st, the weather forecast was for 40% chance of showers. That morning the forecast changed to 70-80% chance of rain...and despite phone calls to Berkshire east from two members of our group of six, they would not cancel or reschedule our Valley Jump... The only negative thing to say was that we wished the adventure was longer. It was full of great views, the zip lines were awesome! We just wish we had opted for the Valley Jump Tour instead. It may look intimidating but it's TOTALLY worth it!! More

There were 4 other couples and 2 guides as a part of our group and we had an amazing time. I would imagine fall would be even prettier time to do this! More

Great trip. Off season pricing on a Monday for us. Guides were really good with us.and they explained technique very well. Did the Valley jump, but will definitely go Extreme next time! More

This was our first zip line adventure, been waiting for years to do this, we did the Valley Jump tour and it was everything I hoped for and more! Looking forward to the next time we can go. More

We had a great time. Our guides, Dan and Ben, were fantastic. They make you feel very comfortable and safe and the view was fantastic. We can't wait to go back next year and experience the Extreme Ziplining! More
