Well worth the trip and money👍👍👍 Wasn't sure what to expect, we have been on Alpine Slides, but the Mountain Coaster is so much better. Felt safe, all staff was informative and took their jobs to heart. They all enjoyed being there. You are seat belted in and there are many safety devices so you can sit back and enjoy... More

Incredible zip line tours...downhill coaster is the longest in North America and also thrilling. Staff is very warm and helpful. I even met the owner at breakfast, Mr. Schaeffer. I'll be back again and again, thanks for a fantastic time!!

The ski resort turns into a mountain bike and zip lining resort in the summer. We had the package with 5 zip lines. The instructors were really great and made me feel less stress about my first time zip lining. The key was to relax and have fun. Don't worry about "steering" - you're still safe! If you still want... More

I went here in January 2014 with my boyfriend and some friends and it was my first time snowboarding. We were there from Thursday through Saturday, and had a wonderful time. Booked a lesson in the morning--the instructor was young and relatively new, but he was very patient and very professional. My boyfriend found it much more helpful than I... More

This mountain promoted st Patrick's day by giving you $2. off for every green article of clothing you wore while skiing or boarding. Great right !! Not if you were planning to celebrate the high Irish holiday in traditional fashion. The mountain was not selling ( or giving away) any beer ! An employee told me there is a package... More

We visited on a day my youngest had a race at the mountain. They had decent snow conditions but hadn't groomed much of the mountain. The race hill was shut down all day for the race and that is the real draw. Nice mtn ok lifts, lift on the far right is very slow. Good for beginners but a drag... More

Recently updated (new) chairlift for 2014/2015 season serving the summit has definitely sped things up getting to the top of the mountain. I will agree that the signage that people have complained about is justified to some extent. It's extremely easy for those of us that have basically grown up with the mountain do take it for granted that we... More

This was our fist time at Berkshire East, and it won't be our last. We had a wonderful time skiing with friends and seeing familiar faces. The mountain is approachable for kids. As a parent it is reassuring to know that your children won't get lost or hurt. Skiing for adults is great! There are plenty of steep and challenging... More

Berkshire is not a big mountain, but it's enough for me. Trails found well groomed and the price remains reasonable. Staff at the mountain always friendly and welcoming. Stay away from the rental shop if you need equipment. From my experience they simply don't assign enough workers to handle the rush. I waited nearly an hour and a half to... More
