I grew up on the Cape, and went to Craigville a couple times each summer while growing up. Then, I spent several summers lifeguarding here. It's not a beach for everyone, but for many, it's great! The beach is just minutes from Hyannis, which has many restaurants, shopping, and things to do. The water at Craigville is warm, so everyone... More

Goes on forever. Nice big waves. Went off season, so no parking fees. Sand smooth and plenty of shells for kids to tinker through.

You would never know that you are so close to the beach. Just a short walk and you are there. No car needed. No parking worries.

My last swim was yesterday . The water was warm for 9/29. 3-5 foot waves , crystal clear water. I either go swimming at Craigville every day or walk for a few miles on the beach

We visited after Labor Day so there was no parking fee and not too much of a crowd. The beach is flat from the parking lot right down to the ocean and very long so it's a great walking beach. I was able to find a coffee cup full of jingle shells - my favorites!

We have been to this beach several times in the summer and found the waves in the 1 foot or less range. The sand is not super fine and soft but it is kept clean. The beach faces south so it is easy to sunbathe and watch the kids. Food is available across the street.

The beach is everything you could ask for. Soft clean sand, warm water with utilities. Plenty of parking and a great snack bar across the street (Barnacles)

What I liked the most was that the parking was right next to the beach. Great place for the kids. The waves were very gentle.

First time visiting the Cape and was completely turned off by visiting Craigsville Beach.. $20 to park. Lifeguards said no ball or frisbee playing on the beach. My children were playing on a deserted part of the beach.. They also got spoken to for chasing the birds away (because a bunch of guys next to us were feeding them). The... More

Clean beach with lifeguards. Bathrooms are clean with good facilities. Food across the street. Sand has lot of cool shells. $20 to park on Labor Day weekend but ample parking
