We base our summer vacations in the Cape in Hyannis and this is one of the closer beaches for us(Kalmus being the other). We do like the convenience and proximity of Craigville and it is nice but the bottom line is that the Cape has so many other beaches(especially north-coast) that are nicer and less-crowded. The one thing Craigville has... More

This is a beautiful beach. There are small waves, it is on a small bay. The water is always warm, the beach is clean and long, nice for a walk. Charge for parking, good bathrooms More

This is one of the better beaches on the Cape. Parking is about $15.00 if you get there early enough to find a space. Bring a picnic lunch and lots of cold drinks. There are a couple of snack bars, that are pricey. You can watch the island ferries on a clear day. Off season you can go for free. More

Of all the beaches on Cape Cod this is the most highly trafficked by undesirables from off Cape. The diaper dumping, beer guzzling, overweight unwashed, often illegal alien population that think because they are on extended vacation, everyone else must be. More

Normally in the Summer, Craigville Beach is like the Jersey Shore of Cape Cod; very crowded, a lot of muscle heads and the place to show your stuff. We ended up going closer to 4pm and the staff didn't bother charging us for parking. It was a little windy so the beach was more roomy and easily some of the... More
