The beach has a big parking lot, but charges $20 per day (no overnight parking). The beach itself is beautiful and well-maintained. You'll find enough people, from teens playing card games, volleyball, to families where parents read a book or two and children playing in the sand building sand-castles. The waters's edge is lined up with many shells, so be... More

We had a full day of activities and decided to go to the beach after 6pm. They were not charging an entrance fee and the crowd had died down a bit. Its a really nice beach with facilities (which were closed due to the lateness in time). Overall it was nice to relax, read a book, look at the waves... More

This beach is advertised as "a favorite amongst young people but also great for families..." on its website...And if that doesn't sound worrisome.... The beach has very rough sand with shells absolutely everywhere. Definitely recommend water shoes as to lessen chance you'll get cuts on the bottom of your feet. Especially if you want to go in the water but... More

Water still too cold for me, but people were laying out on the beach and people were there on a cloudy day for the view

Centerville Beach is really just a plain strip of sand. There are public bathrooms and a couple of food places nearby, but mostly it's sand and ocean. Good if you like that kind of thing, but not terribly exciting.

Relaxing beach not too crowded (at this point of the year at least). Nice sand and shells to pick through.

This beach overlooks Atlantic, and has great sand, a wide beach area, and if you like to collect shells, plenty of them(Park in the lot, and walk to the right side of the shore, where there are quite a few nice shells to bring home to the kids and andkids. During summer months, there are life guards there.

Walking distance from the Long Dell Inn - awesome B&B - close to the beach and many other Cape Cod destinations. You won't have to pay to park if you stay at the Long Dell Inn and walk.

I live in town and I love to just stop by this beautiful beach at any time. Even in winter, it's beautiful. Summer brings a large crowd and parking may be an issue. But, that's the fun. Who doesn't love to sit on a beautiful beach and watch everyone having a great time!

Great location and is a family beach. Have gone there for years. Large beach and snack bar across the street and you are close to Four Seas ice cream after a day at the beach.
