The low tide was a recommended 'must-do' in Brewster by a family member and resort. Did not think it was going to be as beautiful, interesting, and calming. Low tide was about 5:17pm, so we got there at around 5:00ish. We started walking down to the sand and saw this beautiful low tide phenomenon. We were able to walk out... More

Crosby is beautiful and quaint. It's not crowded like Nauset Beach. It's very calm and peaceful. The children were able to swim and explore. We also watched the most beautiful sunset we've ever seen. The crowd was classy and family oriented which gives a feeling of a safe environment for children. Thumbs up!

Gets crowded, so arrive early for parking. Also, plan a tour of the mansion, which is only open on certain days so check website. Very beautiful and interesting piece of history.

Beautiful place for the sunset and no fee that time of day. Parking lot can be full even at sunset but always during the day with a beach sticker.

I was fortunate enough to rent a vacation home just up Crosby Lane, so I could walk to this beach in just a few minutes. High tide on the bay was great for swimming and low tide was nice for beach walks. I only saw a couple crabs during a whole of visits to this beach and heard about jellyfish... More

Busy beach that locals go to. Stayed one day with shuttle from hotel. Good, but check tide charts for best times to visit.

All the brewster beaches just have port-o-pottys, would be terrific if there was changing room and outdoor showers

I love Crosby in the evening-- few people and great sunsets. During the day, parking is limited and requires a town permit (in advance, can't pay there) so I like to ride my bike. Good for little ones, and fun to explore at low tide-- lots of hermit crabs! A Cape Cod gem!

This is a great beach. Somewhat private, not too crowded (comparatively to other public Cape/RI beaches). Nice to swim during high tide. Just beware of finding a parking spot during busy summer weekends. You may have to park up the road and walk or wait for someone to leave.

The beach is not well publicized, but is easy to find with a good access road & sufficient parking. We enjoyed walking on the beach and watching the sunset. Very quiet location tucked away in residential area off of 6A.
