This is a must while visiting Brewster. An old fashioned general store with a lot of "stuff" to enjoy while shopping. Very good breakfast place with fine coffee and good pastry. Enjoy the ice cream later in the day. Take time to browse inside and then find a seat on the front porch for a great view of the tourists... More

We always stop here. If you are looking for something "old fashioned", you know ... well made, stop here. Don't miss going upstairs to see the miniature naval yard re-creation.

I was driving along the road and saw all these people sitting outside of the store, so I had to turn around and go back. Was worth the time. Very friendly people. Good coffee and muffins. Enjoyed visiting with the people.

I live a mile from the Brewster Store and whenever we have visitors their stay includes a walk down there. Children love selecting a bag of "penny candy" and there are many fun items to purchase. You might want to get a cup of coffee, muffin, and read a newspaper on the benches out front. . . or chat with... More

You don't visit this store thinking you will find one specific item...you walk in, wander around, chat with the friendly staff, and go home with more stuff than you ever realized existed (it's best to bring cash and leave the credit cards behind!). It's a lot of fun poking around the shelves and you come across a bunch of little... More

This is a little cute old-fashioned store with lots of history. Make sure you make your way to the second floor where they have some historical items. Our kids (5 and 9) really enjoyed it and found some fun stuff. Definitely worth a visit!

This is a lovely old-fashioned store, with a limited number of essentials, and lots of not inexpensive tourist memorabilia. More people browsing than buying, but you are sure to find something you want, but do not need. It would fit right into the Disney town Celebration, FL. Walt would have loved it. I will be going again.

It's a general store. That's all it is, but there's something about it that just makes you want to browse and browse...books, antiques, candies, fudge. We went back to that store because I wanted their fudge. It is just really, really good. Yes, 5 green dots for the fudge!

The store dates from the mid-19th century. Lots of nostalgia, unusual items, and penny candy. You will want to check out the second floor if you have ten extra minutes

My family & I visited the Brewster Store to get some penny candy, check out the souvenirs, etc. It was great! I loved the cute little kids shirts, there were some really awesome books all about the ocean, Cape cod, haunted Cape Cod, etc. There were fun toys and had great candy, coffee and fudge. Just when it was all... More
