Actually, we didn't get to go riding. But there was a good reason. We had a reservation to ride one morning, but alas, the owner called to say that one of their beloved horses had died overnight, and there were too many things she and her family and staff had to deal with. She offered us several other times that... More

Our party of 4 adults and 1 child (11yo) had a wonderful experience at this friendly, clean family farm. The reservation was easy and the owner called me to confirm. Three of us were first time riders. The staff there were so friendly and patient with us. They matched us all up to the right horses. The horses were clean... More

There are two barns you want to drive all the way down the end. Folks at the first barn are really nice, they welcome you and direct you. Nancy keeps all communications with you after your reservation and she is easy to reach in case you have any questions in between. She wants you to have the best experience and... More

We went here as a group of four and none of us had been on a horse since we were kids. I can't think a better first experience. Booking was easy. The horses were very well trained and required only a small amount of guidance. The farm had everything setup for us, including a small platform to make it easier... More

Our family of four (two adults with some riding experience, 14-year girl, 9-year boy with no previous riding) cost $75 each. The guide (? Jay) was matter-of-fact and gave a lot of instructions, which I appreciated; horses are beautiful animals but they can be very dangerous if you make a wrong move. We rode for an hour along trails at... More

Owner's son was our guide. Horse were great and well taken care of. Guide could have been a little more polite, constantly correcting riders, all who have ridden many times before. He had a bad attitude.

This experience was great! The tour guide was friendly, patient and regularly offered advice on how to manage your horse. The farm seemed clean and horses seemed well taken care of. The trail ride had some small paths hovering a cliff (it seemed) which was a bit unnerving but the horses knew what to do. Would recommend the ride and... More

I went here with a group of 6 women for part of my best friend's bachelorette party/weekend getaway. We thought it would be fun to go horseback riding since most of us had never ridden a horse. Not only was it fun but it was one of the most enjoyable memories that I will keep forever! We all had a... More

Emerald Hollow Farm is one of the few places that offer trail riding on the Cape. They are very safety conscious and review all the instructions very clearly. Their horses were very well groomed and well behaved with just enough spirit to make it fun. Some of the hills are a little steep so this might not be the best... More

We were vacationing in Provincetown and wanted to do something different. So we thought, horseback riding should be fun for us two "city" girls! First, there's no sign identifying the farm, so that was a little confusing...I had to call and describe where I was and ask where to go from there. But once that was over, it was fun... More
