I went on this tour expecting some silly tales, that may be fun for the Halloween season, when actually it was a stroll through time and History about the Village I live in. I brought my young Son's on the tour with me and one of them said "Wow Mom, I really feel like I know the place we live... More

We do this tour when we have friends or family visiting. I enjoy the historical facts and stories as we walk Main St. The jail always scares me...and we've done the tour 4 times!

This tour combined lots of history with a liberal sprinkling of ghosts. Our tourguide was Nancy who was knowledgable and fun. I praise that guests are told the rules immediately such as no smoking, cellphones, and be respective of the cemetery. Ample time was given to explore the graveyard and I actually photographed a large shadow behind me. The highlight... More

We enjoyed this ghost hunt immensely! I loved the town as well. Great local ghost stories with a ghost hunt in the cemetery. I would definitely do this again. Wonderful!!

If you love spooky stuff like we do, you want to do this awesome and very reasonably priced tour and brief ghost hunt. The tour guide we had this time, Nancy, was very very good, as was Derek, who we had a few years back. This tour involves walking so wear good shoes. You will also learn a bit of... More

For an evening of fun, frights, and facts, look no further than Barnstable Village's Haunts and History Tour. The .5 mile walk includes a peak at the marsh (and possibly what lurks in it), the comedy club who's spirits don't come in bottles, and the country's oldest wooden jail. This combined with a trip into one of the most haunted... More

My family of three adults enjoyed the evening walking the lovely Kings Highway. Interesting tales were told and beautiful homes and gardens were seen. Visiting a cemetary after dark was a new experience for me, but I'm thinking you have to "believe" to see. Overall enjoyable evening.

Did this with Derek last year and had a great time. Derek is very informative and a great story teller, not to mention a bit spooky. Freaked me out a couple of times. We enjoyed it so much we are doing it again this year, and the best part is we made a new friend in Derek......Highly recommend this tour.

Well, OK, I'm partial to good ghost stories, hauntings and tales of earlier eras, particularly since I have been studying my family genealogy which dates back hundreds of years to a Mayflower passenger, and I grew up creating haunted houses with my siblings and father for Halloween. So this tour seemed like a fun way to blend history with a... More

On our vacation we decided to take a haunted tour. I have taken them before and they were fun but this was hands down the best tour I have been on. When we got there there was already a huge group of around 40 people. We heard stories of different locations that were haunted. Now was time to do EVP'S... More
