Whenever we feel the need to really relax, we repeatedly choose to visit our local zoo. It's an easy stroll, located in our Salisbury Park and the trees and river greatly enhance the experience. The animals always seem to be well cared for and it's wonderful seeing such joy on childrens' faces. it's a beautiful, restful place to visit and... More

Great experience with our family (wife and two year old). The zoo is completely free although we donated because it is such a nice resource for people. Zoo was well kept, the animal exhibits were lively, and best of all there is a massive park at the end of the zoo (by the Jaguar exhibit) for kids to go crazy... More

No entrance fee. It is a free zoo. Animals abound and you can get pretty close to them. Tables available to have lunch. Volunteers were very helpful and were willing to take their time to explain things about the animals and their habitats. We stop here as often as we can.

If you have children then I would reccomend this zoo for you. They have a variety of animals. There are several places to sit and just relax and watch the animals as well. The prairie dog was my favorite! Worth a visit and it is free!!!

Free and entertaining! Laid back zoo with a wide variety of animals and helpful volunteers. The flamingos were loud and beautiful. If you're n Salisbury and have time to kill this is worth a visit.

Spectacular zoo! Family friendly zoo that is no cost, but could donate if you would like. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, clean areas for the animals.

The Salisbury Zoo family friendly . I think the zoo could do a better job up keeping the zoo. It is free. On a positive note they have Ben Red Swings for the kids. I must say it's a wonderful for the kids. Enjoy
