I went to the zoo to pass time while waiting on someone else. It was a cool morning but most of the animals we awake and active as feeding time was about to start. Very nice little zoo spent about an hour there and saw everything. I have been there before with the entire family and would recommend going if... More

The Salisbury zoo is clean and well kept. It doesn't have the big animals like elephants and giraffes and so on, it has animals like dear daughter Buffalo wolves and so on. It's a good day for the young and to also see some interesting things.

I am not a big fan of zoos, but I'm a local here in Salisbury so I've been going to this zoo since I was a child. It's nice to have an accredited zoo in our area. It's small, but they take pride in what they have. The animals are well cared for (as much as a caged animal can... More

Lou Reed, would have loved this zoo. Its small its intimate and yet given its small size it spans a large part of the globe. Some people think zoo's exploit their animals talking about sanctuaries as a better alternative, but in fact zoo's do far more to insure that endangered animals have a future. Beside well managed programs to insure... More

Very nice small zoo to be enjoyed. Children love it and adults enjoy it. It's great that it is convenient to Ben's red swings for the children to enjoy.

Fantastic place to take the kids when you have a few free hours. Well maintained and the animals always look to be in good health.

This zoo is small enough to allow the animals to be up close to the people, so viewing is more enjoyable, but t is also large enough to have a good variety of animals to see.
