Who doesn't go to the boardwalk!? It's a nice walk with the sea breeze and the friendly people. There is a shuttle you can take for those who don't/can't walk the whole thing, but I think it's a nice stroll and lots of shopping to take in.

We went down in November and it is very nice during this time of the year. I hate crowds and am not out to impress anyone. It is just a really relaxing weekend (or longer). The weather is usually really nice and the sunrise and sunset are just as nice as during the summer without thousands of people around you!... More

We spent a few days in Ocean City Md last week and went to walk the boards on the nice sunny Sunday while there. Wow-the carpet is definitely rolled up as well as most of the streets! Parking was still difficult on the little side streets downtown in the old part but the main lot at the inlet was sparsely... More

Great family atmosphere with rides and some of the best French fries you will ever eat. Its a tradition there to get the French fires. The rides are awesome and the nighttime atmosphere is cool enough to bring you back to when you were a kid at the boardwalk. I love this place and it is as entertaining when you... More

We went on columbus day weekend and mostly everything on boardwalk was closed. I wasn't impressed with the boardwalk. I like the Jersey Shore better.

This Boardwalk is much smaller than Atlantic City's but it is nice, lots of activities available - too many gift stores though - What's nice is the tram, and you are very close to the Sand, sand art, and the beach. It was a very enjoyable place.

Great boardwalk. Busy at lower end with rides, amusements and shops. The stores stop at approx. 19th st.and it is a quiet walk the rest of the way. Hotels are all along the way. We stay at 14 t h st. Close enough to walk down to the busy area, but quiet also.

The boardwalk is lined with all kinds of food, clothing, art and souvenir vendors. However, since we were there in November, most shops were closed for the winter. Amusement rides are available during the tourist season, as well as water activities, etc. Nice place to take a family as you can find something of interest for everyone.

Having never been to OCMD before I cannot speak to how things are during the height of beach season as we came after Labor Day. As a guy who appreciates peace and quiet I have to say that I particularly enjoyed the un-crowded boardwalk. There is nothing I detest more than being stuck in place in a crowd- not an... More
