A good boardwalk with comparison to other boardwalks that I have been to. Very clean, safe and a lot of options as far as stores go. We were there at the end of the season and found a lot of things on sale. A must when in Ocean City, Maryland.

My family and I used the tram many times when we were there in August. We were staying near the north end of the boardwalk, so even though tram time was supposed to start at 11am, because they start from the south end, it took at least another hour to get started from the north end. Getting on and off... More

The boardwalk tram is a fun and relaxing way to ride and see the entire length of the Ocean City boardwalk. However, the tram is not perfect and has several issues. One issue is the tram is not operated to make the most profit. Even when the tram is near full at the end points they wait to long to... More

The disorganized manner that the ticket booth personnel displayed was appalling. My group of nine people waited for the next tram car for about twenty minutes because there was no one In charge at the time to make sure people didn't butt in front of others. A group of about thirty people just walked in front of all of us... More

I come to find out after waiting in the hot sun the tram only takes exact change. No Exceptions not even for a 7 month pregnant woman. I was then told I had to wait an hour for the next pickup. The tram should have a sign indicating exact change only so I wouldn't be wasting my time! Boardwalk also... More

A nice leisurely ride to view the boardwalk. You can catch the tram any place on the boardwalk by raising your hand. Discounted rate between 11AM and 4PM which allows multiple boardings . A nice way to enjoy the ocean breezes.

I thought the tram was wonderful. It saved me from having to listen to my little one complain about having to walk back to the hotel on the north side of the boardwalk. When we were about to board, I asked the conductor about the fee--would $3 cover a trip to the end and back? The conductor was very specific... More

Don't ride this until they change their policy. If you catch it in the middle and ride it to the end the will make you pay again to ride it back. We could find this posted anywhere on the tram or at the ticket booth. It cost us $6 per person to ride half way and back. Rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a lovely experience riding the boardwalk tram today. My friend is handicapped and Rose, our attendant on the tram was very attentive and accomodating to the special needs of my friend. She assisted her on and off the tram with such care. It was lovely. The ride itself was well worth it. Hop on, hop off (raise your... More

I understand that elderly and young and disabled people may use it but I feel the only reason the tram is there is to rob you! Come on oc have a little respect don't charge elderly, young, or disabled people full price! Some people live on a budget! Your tram gets in the way of enjoying things. Stops way too... More
