We decided to take our daughter to Noah's Ark Zoo Farm for her first birthday so were looking forward to a special day out. Unfortunately we left feeling very upset due to the lack of customer service we experienced. Having paid the £30 admission fee which in hindsight I feel is quite expensive in comparison to other local attractions we... More

We visited as my daughter had a 1 hr Junior Zoo Keeper experience before the zoo opened to the public (extra cost and booked 2 months ago). She loved it. She fed giraffes and meerkats, rubbed the belly of a tapir, held a bearded dragon and a snake. Entrance to the zoo for the day was included for the two... More

I visited the Zoo for a surprise 70th Birthday presents from my family, where I was given the pleasure of feeding the two Tiger Khan and Tiana. I love tigers, the the Tiger experience was very special to me, and Emma the Big Cat keeper was so lovely she and I learned all about the tigers. The two tigers are truly... More

A fantastic mix of Animals and play area. On the first visit the only disappointing thing was the reception ladies ( Nasty middle aged women)we arrived after getting a money off code from Asda. It gave us 6.50 off but they were not having any of it.They said It should only be only 5.00. Not really my problem showed them... More

I have visited Noahs ark zoo farm on several occasions. I honestly belive it's actually a better day out than bristol zoo and half the admission fee. There are many animals for the children to see..giraffe,elephant's,Tiger's and rhinos..monkeys etc..All easily viewable unlike bristol zoo. Many kids activities. ..play area etc. ..picnic area. A very nice tea room for something to... More

I was abit unsure about coming as I'm 23 and my boyfriend is 27 (no kids) so I thought we may be a little old for the zoo, but it was brilliant. We found a voucher allowing one of us to go in for free. The animals all seemed to have lots of room and clean places to go after... More

Approach roads are tricky, narrow and used at times by 'rat runners' going to or escaping from the motorways. Much a plenty is the parking and needs to be, this Zoo is popular. Apart from animals that you can get close to, it's particularly great for kids as various play areas are built around the grounds. Personally I enjoyed the... More

I bought my son the zookeeper day for his birthday and he had a fantastic time. He got to brush the rhino and tapir and feed giraffe. staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and really gave him a great experience. we loved zoo too, lots of smaller farm animals as well as bigger animals and lots of play areas.
