We live down the street from Milburn's and used to go all the time before my daughter started school. We still love it, but have less time to visit.

Pleasant atmosphere; decorated for the season. Lots of room for children outdoors. Nice gifts to purchase. Fresh produce including some all natural apple cider and meat. Neat & clean indoors and out. Tables outdoors for picnics. There is a small fee for the attraction area outside.

If an apple a day does keep the doctor away, then you need to head to Milburn Orchards (just north of Elkton, MD.) to see hundreds of acres of fruit trees and other items grown there (i.e., veggies). You can purchase items already fresh picked, or you can pick your own. You can also enjoy hand-made (daily) Dutch Apple Donuts... More

I love the orchard and the pick your own apples. The apple cider donuts are amazing. I do feel that the big back yard- where all the kids activities are is a bit pricy. I don't think paying for adults to accompany children should happen.

We like to visit Milburns in the summer to look at and pet the farm animals, play on the wood play sets, explore the farm market. Best to go before it gets too hot. In Fall it's fun with lots of activities but 12 entrance fee limits how many times we go. But there are lots of fun things to... More

Love the apple choices, apple picking, the guys who drive the tractors full of people out to the apple orchards are so very personable, and never act like their job is a pain, and really seem to enjoy what they are doing. Those cider donuts!!!!! Wow. I will go sometimes on a Saturday morning in the fall, just to go... More

This was my first apple orchard to see as I'm from Florida and it was a treat. Lots of apples hanging from the trees and already picked ones for those that just wanted to take some home...It was a real treat! Also lots of pumkin varieties were available.

We visited the orchard on the last apple picking weekend. We started with lunch on the deck. Chicken salad was delicious but a little more pickley than I prefer. BLT had generous amounts of bacon and the lettuce and tomatoes on all sandwiches were fresh and colorful. The warm apple cider was perfect. After picking we had to try the... More
