The Maryland Renaissance Festival is one of our favorite Baltimore area activities, and enjoys a magical setting unlike any other Renaissance Fair we have been to. Our children enjoyed going when they were young, and still enjoy going as young adults! More

Ren fest is something to look forward to all year. Get entry coupons from places like Papa Johns and some grocery stores. Get a turkey leg and see the jousting show. More

Have been to the renaissance festival a total three times over the recent years. Parking is ample in the field with helpful attendants to direct you, then you have to walk to the entrance. Many discount coupons are available either thru corporate employers, local businesses, or newspapers or flyers. Allow several hours to thoroughly enjoy this experience. There are plenty... More

I've been to renaissance festivals all over the US, and the Maryland Renaissance Festival is one of the best. Set on a wooded site with plenty of free parking, the buildings are permanent and decorated beautifully. Even in the heat of summer, there is plenty of shade (except in the jousting arena). Food is abundant and really cheap, as are... More

Good food, interesting crafts and booths, lots of fun, something for everyone! I love to go to the different shows, there are so many of them, sometimes it's hard to choose. Also, actors roam the grounds performing on the spot. More
