Average Amusement Park

Always crowded in the summer, overpriced food, pretty good coasters and water park. Plenty of paid parking, picnic tables outside of the park, family friendly park, fairly clean.

This is the WORST amusement park I have ever visited! And I've visited quite a few. None of the rides were smooth, not even Superman or Joker's Jinx (my two favorite rides from when I visited two years ago). The staff was very rude and didn't seem to care about their job and even though there weren't very long lines,... More

Absolutely awful. All rides broken. Gangs and many of the guests seemed ghetto. Trash everywhere. Terrible park employees. Inedible food. Go to Kings Dominion or Busch Gardens.

Roller coasters are for the brave but the water park is great. Park is kept reasonable clean but, it is very crowed.

I live in Maryland and Six Flags is less than 1 hour away from me so I purchased a season pass. It's nice to be able to go without worrying about the expense every time. I enjoyed six flags and got my money's worth from going several times. I love the waterpark as my kids do also. I'm not really... More

Been coming here since moving to MAryland almost 20 years ago. Significantly improved in every way when compared to the pit that we found in the 90's, but still a ways to go. Great value on the season pass; recommend that and the food pass. Fun for quick jaunts when you have the pass and are a local. Strengths: no... More

I am 36 years old and this was my first roller coaster. The boys had a great time and we really enjoyed having the mix of the rides and the water park. The boys had a fun time watching me get tossed around on the roller coasters. The wave pool is a fun place where all of you can get... More

Lots of advertising, expensive food, and a dirty park. However, it has lots of rides and an okay coaster line up. Batwing and superman are the best. It was fun but I recommend driving a little more to kings dominion or Busch gardens in Virginia, or hersheypark in Pennsylvania.

During our visit of Washington DC we took one day so our grand-children (age 8 to 13) could spend one day at this attraction park. We spend the whole day - 10:00am to 09:00 pm. The children had a great time. They also spend time at the water park. There was np line up to speak of and most of... More

No worries here. Hubby and I took a group of teens and they had a blast. Nice family atmosphere, many wore costumes, very laid back, and safe good times.
