How lucky are we in Harford County to have this lovely estate to use for events! Whether it is a wedding, a craft fair or a day long seminar, the Liriodendron is the perfect setting. Conveniently located in the Heart of Harford-Bel Air, MD.

Great place to visit, very historic Baltimore area mansion. Plenty of grounds and gardens to explore along with the house.

Nice to see if you like looking at houses with a bit of historical significance. I think it may be bookable for weddings etc...?

I was here for a wedding. I did not like the set up of the wedding but the place is beautiful. The bounds have several trails for biking or running as well.

Beautiful location for a wedding, anniversary or any other special semi-formal to formal setting. Close to everything to downtown Bel Air, but it sets back far enough from the Main Street that you feel you are living in the guilded age along with the Rockefeller's of the 1920's. The tulip poplars lend a nice touch to the huge wrap around... More

A splendid site for wedding, meeting ,coming out party or small dance! The historical information is fascinating. Don't forget the small exhibits of early Indian artifacts, put together by Dr Kelly's great grandson.

This is a beautiful, country setting for an intimate wedding venue. The house accommodates your 100 plus guests very well. We were able to use the entire house, so the bride and bridesmaids dressed there before the ceremony. I love this place and I enjoyed greeting our guests here. We also had our own caterer, which was a plus for... More

If you like local fare, this mansion has been the site of many weddings and receptions. Bel Air, Maryland was a colonial town and the county seat of Harford County. This house was one of the estates in an earlier time. The name is also the genus name of the tulip poplar which stand vigil over the grounds

In 2004 my wedding was held at this beautiful location. Absolutely stunning! This is a great location with ample parking for weddings or family reunions. The house has been maintained meticulously. Fantastic staircase and large open porches to host guests inside and out.

This mansion is the summer home of one of the founders of Johns Hopkins. The mansion is beautiful with and expansive porch. There is a small historical section inside the mansion. The mansion has many art and music events - check their website - liriodendron.org. Best to visit in spring when the huge wisteria on the front porch is in... More
