This is a review based on a trip I went on back in the 90's!! When I was 19! It was so awesome, I speak about it so often in fact, that it's hard to believe it was that many years ago! I was just praying my son would be able to get a leave from the Marine Corps. In... More

I'm the Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 345 in Alfred, Maine. The boys loved it !!!!!! They all said that they want to go back and do it again. My raft had Dave as the guide, What a nice gentleman to talk to.

Been rafting with them since "2000" (13 years). I've organized groups of 12 to 60. First timers, seasoned veterans, thrill seekers and nervous nelly's, everyone gets the ride and experience they hoped for. The equipment is state of the art and the guides are the best in the business. Their safety record is second to none. Well organized on and... More

This was our first time rafting. There were six of us and we had an awesome time. Our guide, Chris, put us all at ease with his expertise and amusing stories. Our lodging ,an old farm house, was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and two full baths. The lunch they provided after our rafting trip was a hearty... More

Upper Kennebec River Gorge. Beautiful ride. Helpful to know how to paddle. A spot between rapids where you can drift downriver a bit, if you'd like. Cheap thrills ride well worth the money. Bring a waterproof camera with wrist cord, and non cotton water shoes. Knowledgable guides. Looking forward to a full day trip.

The double gorge run on the Kennebec was awesome and Wild Bill gave us the ride we were looking for. We'll be back again. It was my younger son's (15) first trip and he's hooked.

I went on a bachelor trip with my now son-in-law, his father and his groomsmen to W. Forks, Maine. We stayed in the main lodge of Magic Falls Rafting Company that was very comfortable. We had to provide our own food other than after the rafting. Magic Falls gave us three choices for our meal, steak, chicken or baked stuffed... More

As a former whitewater guide in Maine and having run this river many times, our guide Bill did a great job on both runs or runs through the rapids. We did the upper part of the river twice and were still done before the rest of the boats made it to the take out point after doing the calm lower... More

The guides were awesome! They were very knowledgeable about the river and had great energy. The BBQ after rafting was fantastic too. Then at night, a couple of them came to hang out at our campfire, which was a fun unexpected surprise. I definitely recommend Magic Falls.

Trip with 11 and 13 year old. While you need to be generally mobile for the experience, it is not that physically demanding. Fun white water and beautiful landscape. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.
