We had a great time and particularly wanted to thank our guide, Jake, who was patient, knowledgeable, and personable. It was a beautiful day on the water, not too long or short, especially with a short stop to get out and stretch. We are experienced kayakers and felt that we learned something new (steering with a rudder, for one) and... More

We took the early morning trip and it was great! We saw so much wildlife - a pod of porpoises, harbor seals, a bald eagle, starfish, and a bunch of other birds. I spent more time taking pictures than paddling! Good thing I wasn't the one steering or we might've been in trouble. You go out in tandem kayaks at... More

My wife and daughter did the kayak trip and they were thrilled with the experience. It was their first time in a sea kayak. The guide was terrific and did a great job making sure everyone had a good experience. They saw lots of seals and other wildlife on the tour and the pictures and video they took are wonderful.... Our first time sea kayaking and my first time kayaking in years while pregnant. It was very pretty out and we saw a lot of wildlife including seals which came up close to watch us, a bald eagle and its nest, and different birds. The trip was about 6 miles with calm waters so it wasn't too much work. I... More

Our family of 24 was having an 80th birthday reunion for our Mom and we wanted a memorable group experience to end our visit to Bar Harbor. I had been on a guided tour out of Bar Harbor in the past and it was awful so I was looking for something different. GO TO THEIR WEBSITE because these guys deliver... More

First kayak trip that was as much a tour as just paddling. The guide was so knowledgeable about everything we could ask, and dozens of other facts and stories. Great for novices or unsure people, great for couples or those that want a slow pace. But it didn't hold me back from paddling extra hard or a litte further. Enjoyed... More

This was my second time going Sea Kayaking and I loved it the second time as much as the first time. Brad our guide had great jokes to tell, he was very knowledge about the wildlife we spotted and our surroundings. The moment you step in the door you are pleasantly welcomed. They provide you with water booties for free.... More

Simply stated, our experience was wonderful. In our favor was a sunny warm day, calm seas, an abundance of wildlife and Brian, a fanstastic guide. We own our own kayaks and use them frequently but they are not suited for sea kayaking so we chose this activity. Reasonable rates, excellent route.

Very well-equipped outfitter (especially loved the neoprene booties), well-planned afternoon. Friendly, fun, and knowledgeable guide. Great outing for family with older kids.
