First of all, the good stuff: we order the fresh swordfish occasionally and it has always been reasonably priced and when prepared on a grill with seasoning, just perfect! Had family in town recently and they ordered the lobster dinners to go. I didn't try it but they said the prices were good and the potato salad (or cole slaw-I... More

This Lobster pound has the freshest seafood any where. The business is very clean. They will cook (boil & Steam) your order for you. They also have facilities where you can set eat your food overlooking the harbor. This is a must do business.

Our first trip this year was a little disappointing. Outside dining is still available, but you have to wait to be seated which is fine but after waiting 5 -10 minutes without anyone even addressing us and noticing that the prices were $2-3 more to eat there we got up and ordered to go. When we reached our destination we... More

This place has the best lobster in Maine for sit-down, full service type places. The lobster roll, the pizza etc. all take their sweet time in coming, but you realize it's because they're putting the fresh stuff on there - not the pre-cooked bits. The lobster dinners themselves were so good. We're definitely going back!

We visited with two of our children and several grandchildren. The lobster and trimmings were fresh and well prepared. We are at outdoor picnic tables overlooking the Maine coast. It was a blast for all of us, even those who preferred something other than lobster and clam chowder. Yea, they do offer hotdogs.

I went to Bayley's today for a cooked lobster. I can afford lobster about twice a year. I got to the counter and gave my name and said I ordered a jumbo lobster and the man waiting on me said he would order it. It was a little noisy being very busy so he did not hear me say I... More

Pros : Sitting on the dock and eating was very nice. The restaurant seemed clean and the service person behind the counter was good. Cons: Poor Selection on menu. The lobster was ok but not the best. The corn that came with the meal was overcooked and tough. I had ribs and they were average at best. The prices were... More

Sorry, Bayley's but this was by far the worst lobster I have ever had. In addition, the location is inconvenient if you're just passing through. There are hundreds of lobster shacks along the roads of New England. Pick one and move on rather than honing in on this one. If you're heading to Cape Cod, try Moby Dick's. The lobster... More

We love going to Bayley's at Pine Point! We buy lobster meat, shrimp, lobster bisque, clam chowder, lobsters, and slaw here! Oh - and the cocktail cause is delicious! I call and order ahead when we are at the beach or just drop by and wait on the line. It's well worth the wait!

Thank Laura B
