table with a view!

We had a marvelous lunch of lobster and shrimp. We sat outside and enjoyed the view lingered over dessert. Our service was great!

When you approach a place such as DeMillo's as an outside visitor, you get that old skeptical feeling that you're about to be sucked into a high-priced tourist trap. My apologies, DeMillo's. The service and seafood were just excellent, including the wonderful twin lobster meal, and excellent value (compared to getting just one). For my Celiac wife, a gluten-free menu.... More

I like boats, plain and simple. I enjoy exploring marinas where ever I travel and this was one of the first ones I visited during my short visit to Portland. I enjoyed walking into the various shops and food venues that surround the marina. It is a wonderful place to go and relax.

Parking is excellent, which is a big deal in downtown Portland. For is consistently excellent as is the service. Dining overlooking Casco Bay even in the winter is awesome.

View was incredible. Dress extra warm in January as this restaurant is actually a yatch and you will feel the chill. Service was excellent. The lobster was delicious but all other items on the menu were not as great. This will most likely be the most expensive dining in the area and it is worth it for touristic experience.

This used to be "the place" for us on visits but anymore it's a bit pompous and more for the tourists (we are in process of moving here) as we found out a couple times recently. The food is OK but lobster is better elsewhere and the service is too much "flourish" and not enough substance. Pay less and eat... More

Don't be put off by this restaurant's reputation as a tourist attraction. The views can't be beat and the food is solidly good. Service is gracious. We recently took a long time friend here for lunch because of the views. We were not disappointed in the views or the food. This is a good choice for out of town visitors... More

DiMillo's was a former car ferry that made its home in several east coast states. So, you are dining on a floating restaurant....you can't get much closer to the waterfront! The food is good....not flashy, but good. But the atmosphere is great.
