It's not a lot of walking, but it sure is a lot of fun!

Wicked Walking Tours was one of the best parts of my solo trip to Portland, Maine. I'm from Connecticut and thought it would be a good way to become familiar with the area, but I was honestly blown away by the tour. First, Gordon greeted me by name. I'm not on Facebook or Twitter, and I didn't say where I... More

Spent a 4 day weekend in the great town of Portland and the Wicked Walking Tour with Gordon, our tour guide, was definitely the highlight of the trip! Gordon is engaging and keeps you entertained with stories of local history and haunted happenings. Make sure to include this tour as one of your "must do's" in Portland!

Gordan was AWESOME!!! Kept everyone engaged and entertained. Everyone in our group, including the kids, seemed to have a good time. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting or even living in the area!

A definite must-do if you're traveling to Portland! An energetic, talented guide and lots of exciting stories. You'll be pleasantly spooked while learning about the history and lore of the area ... great for all ages, and just the right length of time (between 60 and 90 minutes, from beginning to end). The groups are kept relatively small (around 35,... More

I like to take these tours in old cities and I really enjoyed this one! This was was a bit different primarily because of the tour guide, Gordon Tweedie. Gordon is obviously good with crowds with an inviting, funny and informative style. Good tours of this type should give you a little local history, a couple of creepy yarns and... More

We had the great fortune of being part of Gordon Tweedie's Wicked Walking Tour at the beginning of our trip to Maine, and it was most definitely one of our favorite parts of the week! Our guide, Gordon, seamlessly wove together traditional bits of Portland's history with the supernatural and "darker" pieces of its past, keeping everyone hanging on each... More

Thank you for your wonderful review! I just love sharing the original stories of Portland that I have researched and discovered! In addition, the wonderful people that come on the tour make it a pleasure for me to lead it. As I head off to sing in a Mozart opera in Narnia, Italy (yes, the very place C.S. Lewis got... More

Mi wife loves walking ghost tours. We had some some good experience in the past, but also some bad ones, so it's always a little hesitant that I embark on one of those. But I must say that despite the fact that we, once again, didn't get to see any ghost... (will we ever????), Gordon, our guide, was really good.... More

I had taken the tour a couple of years ago, but I'm not much on bar hopping and wanted to do something fun for the evening. What a great adventure! I go on ghost tours in almost every city I visit and I become frustrated because I have to crowd in to hear the guide. Gordon has solved this problem... More
