We're glad we decided to take the tour during our short stay in Portland. After experiencing the Old Port for the first time the night before, Gordon's walking tour added a great layer of history, color, and depth to our already charming visit. The duration, the distance, the route, and the content— all were just right. Thanks, Gordon!

My family had a tour with Gordon on our first night in Portland, ME. His stories kept everyone in our group interested the whole time with his mix of history and humor. Best of luck Gordon, we will be back!

It was the 1st thing we did and we enjoyed it. The guide was very informative and entertaining. Found it kinda interesting how he remembered almost everybody's name.

We do "evening" tours whenever we visit a city, New Orleans, Savannah, Charleston, etc. Gordon, our guide, had his game on and made our evening an informative and enjoyable experience in the Old Port. The tour is not an overhyped, "vampire/ghoul" tour. Gordon has a wealth of knowledge of Portland's checkered history and then adds the right amount of humor... More

I am so pleased you enjoyed the tour...thank you for noticing that I do work hard to interest, enlighten and entertain you! As an actor and an opera singer, I must say that giving a tour is like being on the stage. When you have a truly "live" audience, full of wonderful people who bring their own amazing light with... Our guide, Gordon, got his ghoul on and gave us a right old tour of the ghostly past of Portland. We even had a little fog to add to the atmosphere...nicely done! I highly recommend this tour.

Thank you so much! I keep getting an image of one of those old style suitcases with all the stickers from around the world - just like in the original Bugs Bunny cartoons. Your "Packed Bag" explores on a grand scale, and I am humbled and grateful that you took the time to come on the tour. More

I embarked on this tour with the expectation of a few scary stories and a few laughs. I got both and much more. Our tour guide, Gordon, not only shared some great ghost stories, but also incorporated some really interesting history of Portland and its surrounding islands along the way. Seeing the back alleys of town was really neat (I... More
