kept the kids entertained during a downpour. they didn't even realize when the sun came back out. there was a good variety of games for kids of all ages and it was very close to the beach and an easy way to get out of the sun for a bit too.

A little pricey, but you can get a small discount coupon online at their web site. Just ok. Keeps the kids busy for an hour!!! Games are expensive. No surprises, we've all seen them.

I have been coming to Old Orchard Beach for almost 55 years and have enjoyed going through the amusement area and watching the little ones having a great time on the rides. But sad to say the rides really need some TLC. Some of the lights aren't working on a lot of them and for the money you you spend... More

It's your typical tacky amusement park/arcade with the hawkers and the blinking lights and the loud music blaring from each ride. To me, it's a blight on an otherwise beautiful stretch of beach. The rides are expensive but to be fair, they only have the summer to make their money. Families with kids enjoy it.

Maybe I am used to Wildwood, NJ or other NJ seaside amusement parks, but I expected a better quality of rides & food venders & restaurants. I think it is better for younger children. The rides are across the street from the ocean, not over it on a pier & they were crowded together very closely. When I was on... More

It's your run of the mill boardwalk amusement park. The main attraction is a roller coaster and though they have other rides, most of it is geared towards children. My daughter loved the roller coaster, but was ho hum about any of the other rides. The tickets really add up in cost, so I'd recommend you purchase a wristband that... More

Typical beach-front playland offering arcade games for the kids. Like most of them tickets given from games to trade in for prizes. Open through Columbus Day, on weekends after Labor Day.

My son is now 10 and has visited PPL every year of his life. Always clean and neat. Rides are perfect and he's grown up graduating to bigger rides every year. Perfect end to a beautiful beach day.

Great for kids of all ages. You don't pay entrance fee, so you have to pay for each ride. This is great if you just wan't to stay for a few hours and try a thing or two. Lots of stuff for younger kids.

No fee for entry. Tickets and bracelets available for rides. There are 13 or 14 rides appropriate for my 6 year old for $21 bracelet, hours of fun. $5 per person for bigger rides with tickets. The vibe of OOB is so typical seaside, so hanging out in a ridepark is more tolerable, evening is best, it's cool, salty air,... More
