My wife and I saw South Pacific unfortunately a little more than a year ago. It was our first time in Maine. This performance turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The performance was as good as the best shows we have seen in London and on Broadway. I kept telling my wife "I feel like we are... More

This was our third time here. A brisk, bright, spectacular production of Thoroughly Modern Millie, as good as anything you have seen on Broadway. All seats in the house are good seats, you cannot go wrong in seeing any production here. Not to be missed!

The playhouse is not open in the off-season but we have attended many shows in the past. We are looking forward the the production of GREASE coming in May 2014.

We love going to the playhouse, making a night out of it with dinner before the show, and then dessert, coffee, after dinner drinks, after the show

My husband and I are looking forward to a great season at the playhouse! My favorite musical is Grease and that is just one of the great shows you are offering! In the past we have gone to the Cape Cod Playhouse, but this year the shows they are offering are awful. We are glad we can count on the... More

When on vacation I don't normally want "drama" - just leave it out. But this kind of drama will liven up any stop in the Ogunquit area. Harkens back to an earlier day in our country when traveling troupes brought the entertainment to the locals and this setting is nice for a night of upscale amidst the casual. Having seen... More

Not surprisingly, Ogunquit is mobbed with tourists during the summer. My wife and I really love scenic and tranquil Ongunquit, ME particularly during the off season. It's an easy day trip from Lexington...all-in the car ride is about an hour and twenty minutes. I sheepishly admit that I saw Clay Aiken play the lead role in "Joseph and the Amazing... More

really fun. First time to the playhouse. Won't be my last. Good acoustics, easy to see the stage from seats on the side.

We were planning a 4 day outing to the Ogunquit area and decided to take in a Saturday matinee at the Ogunquit Playhouse which we had passed several times on previous trips to the area. We ordered tickets online and they arrived promptly. Parking was free. For some reason I had envisioned it being a theater in the round like... More

We recently went to a play there. The production was first class! The Theater is lovely, easy to get in and out, the parking is well thought out and the seats are comfortable. A most enjoyable afternoon and experience.
