Great time at the tasting. Knowledgeable and entertaining staff made our visit the best experience we have had at a winery. The wines were exceptional.

This is a surprise, but well worth the visit. High standards are clearly evident as are excellent tastes of the owner and products available for purchase in the large shop. Lovely rural location is clearly attractive to many tourists visiting from many distant places, judged by the many license plates in the parking lot. One would not think of Maine... More

Cellardoor Winery is a Maine treasure, and itself a reason to come to the Camden "neighborhood". We had a completely enjoyable few hours here, and left with several drinkable "souvenirs"... (Ok, 2 cases, truth be told). A quiet and beautiful place off the beaten path, which will not disappoint. Thumbs up!

We stopped by on a Sunday to attend the food and wine pairing. We had delicious food samples and wine. The pairing featured their wines along with Fiore oils and vinegars. The view from the deck was wonderful and we enjoyed meeting the staff. We only wished that we could have ordered a bottle of wine. We left with a... More

Heading a little bit away from the coast is a hidden treasure. As our son was off sailing, my husband and I decided to visit Cellardoor Winery and we weren't disappointed. The free tasting was wonderful, the staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The red wines were definitely our favourites. The shop sells sandwiches and snacks to complement the wines.... We loved this free wine tasting and tour! The wine tasting was very educational and the staff were patient and skilled in their descriptions and explanations of various wines.

On a weekday afternoon we stopped by the winery and were impressed by both the beautiful grounds and villa. I took a quick walk around the dining and function rooms that were open to the public while my wife checked out the gift shop. We eventually settled in at the bar where Jim, our bartender, provided a list of their... More

This place is great, so clean and beautiful! We received a warm friendly greeting when we walked in. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the wines were. We stopped here after hiking in Camden State Park and enjoying a glass of wine on one of the decks overlooking a vineyard was the perfect ending to a perfect day.
