We found out about this winery through the Maine wine trail. It's off the beaten path which is well worth the scenic drive. The wines were great, the service is great. We didn't buy any food, but are planning on returning for lunch on their deck to take in the view. Can't wait to come back.

We visited this winery to taste the wines which were great. In addition to the wine tasting, we bought one of their ready made sandwiches and a glass of our favorite wine and enjoyed a delicious lunch on their deck. All I can say is what a beautiful place.

We found out about this winery from some friends in Rockland, ME. It is a short drive from Camden through some beautiful country roads. The grounds are amazing and the view from the balcony cannot be beat! We bought sandwiches (pre-made) from the refrigerated case (they were delicious), parmesean chips (fabulous with wine) and wine, then enjoyed them on their... More

We went for the 2:00 winery tour but were disappointed by the lack of information the tour guide provided. Nice kid, but still learning the ropes. Our tasting, however, was wonderful and the bartender / sommelier was VERY knowledgeable and a real hoot. After the tasting, we ordered our favorite and sat on the deck overlooking the vineyard. Unfortunately we... More

A "go to" winery of ours. The winemaker has made perfect reds this year. Yhis winemaker seems to believe in doing what he does best. ..like making wine. It's the grapes, of course, but it's also how the winemaker brings them through the process and into the bottles. These reds are excellent this year!

Never heard of Maine Wine Country? I hadn’t either. But there are vines at Cellardoor, and the state recently became an American Viticulture Area, meaning there’s a Maine appellation. For now, almost all the wine at Cellardoor is masterfully crafted from grapes that arrive from afar, by winemaker Aaron Peet – a Mainer who learned winemaking in Walla Walla, Washington.... More

Local grapes, local wine, lovely setting, easy to find. In a beautiful area on the coast of Maine. A must-see! Take home some samples!

A two-trip stop. First, the little shop across from the Market Basket, and then one of the events at the winery in Lincolnville. The wines are delicious, and make wonderful conversation starters to bring home and serve with dinner. The complementary wine tasting offers any choices, and four "tasted," or a full glass, and I have yet to sample a... More

Although the quality of the wine cannot exactly compete with that of Napa Valley, this winery sure does! The bar is perfect and the wines are good. The bottles are actually reasonably priced, too! They import a lot of their grapes from other states, so this isn't true Maine wine (which is a good thing), but it's all made on... More

The wine was wonderful but it is the staff that will bring us back. They were very accommodating, friendly, and fun!
