If you enjoy the outdoors you have to stop at Kittery Trading Post! They carry high quality outdoor clothing, shoes, boots, gloves, hats, hunting equipment, you name it. Their firearm department associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. They also carry name brands and have good deals. Next stop, KTP!

This place is similar to L.L.Bean and worth a visit whether your an outdoor person or not because it's part of the Maine experience. I never miss a chance to stop in and wander the various departments looking for all sorts of merchandise. This isn't just any other Dick's Sporting Goods or chain store it's a Trading Post - if... This store is huge with 3 stories. However, the layout is very unclear and was way too crowded to enjoy. The sales people even rush you along when walking around the store. The prices were not a good deal. We will not be going back.

We always stop here when we visit Maine. They have a ton of bargains. There are so many outlets in the area, but this place is unique. Huge footwear department with brand names are discount prices. They also have a huge sporting goods department. If you like to ski, they have a lot of cold weather apparel too. A visit... More

Bargain Outlets and the Kittery Trading Post are a great day stop on the southern trek from a vacation in Maine. I am a devote hater of malls and shopping unless it's full of man toys. Sporting goods, Guns, Watches, Motorcycles. You get the hint... Cool Rules. Personally if you can't find it here. You should build a time machine.... More

I wouldn't drive two hours from Massachusetts just to go to this place, but it is always a favorite place to stop into and check out when heading further north into Maine, or on the way back home from points north. Huge store, fairly large firearms section, lots of clothing for outdoor adventures. Not too many bargains here, but items... More

My husband and I love to stop here whenever we are in the area. It is just fun to look around at all the different things in the trading post even if you aren't planning on buying. Some things can be expensive, but I like the specialty items you can purchase that you cannot get anywhere else. It's a great... More

I decided to do some early Christmas shopping while in Maine and was very pleased with the Kittery Trading Post. There was a wide variety of products from clothes and shoes to camping, fishing and hunting supplies. My husband loves fly tying and there was a great variety for him to pick from. It is quite a large store and... More

We usually take 1 trip a year to kittery just to see what they have, They have a great selection of outdoors stuff, and if you are looking for a used gun they will probably have 1 to suit you well.
